Now there is actually some forums ill get the party started 🙂 In reference to my ticket T165193 will the beloved 3d editor ever make a return to Enfusion or Arma again? Some people will say that the new editor is a lot more powerful which yes it probably is but it's also a lot less user friendly and time consuming for those who just want to play around making quick small missions to play either with friends or with AI. A lot of people spent thousands and thousands of hours just playing around in that editor like myself. I don't want to go through the daunting task of following a 132 page guide on how to start building a mission every time I want to play. Eden editor was perfect for what it was and a masterpiece Anyway what does everyone else think?

I was just wondering if we could ever expect to see AI taking cover dynamically up against objects or behind walls like what RON describe in their AI update? Ready or Not AI update preview I think it would be pretty cool to have some of these features in the base game. Or at least supported by the engine.

to use the new editor you need to know scripting and the meaning of life. Whereas the other editor you don't need 1 simple script to make a mission really that's what I am trying to get at in terms of usability for the common folk -
I also think those who bought reforger should be entitled to a form of discount for Arma 4. Since reforgers purpose is to help shape Arma 4 in the first place.

that would be my guess due to the limitations of the controller. Another reason why console version should be a different dumbed down game altogether -

Probably a silly question. Units that are spawned with zeus mid mission are they cached? [Edit] Im really confused with the 3 radius options. I have the map marker debug on but im still quite stuck on what exactly im changing in regards to the grid size and all the rest lol Is the value in metres? I would love it if you could do a short short video explaining the setup 🙂 works wonders though. just got stuck on the initial tweaking of the sizes [edit 2] Just played with this some more using some garrison tricks I put this disableai 'PATH'; inside their init box and when they are cached and spawned back in it removes it and they will move when engaged. to reproduce this issue do the following place some blufor units inside a building and type Inside their init boxes preview go into zeus and give them a move order they shouldnt move as their path is disabled. now if you teleport outside of the despawn radius box so they are cached then teleport yourself back to reactivate them. Give them another move order and they will move. is there a way you can save their states or init box stuff? another example is a lot of people use 3den enhanced and they have a disableAI features boxes you can tick to disable stuff. -
hi everyone, wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction.. i want to create a zeus v zeus mission where we have to control sectors and that each zeus can only place units of his own team. and that it costs points etc etc i cant seem to find any video tutorials on this. aprechiate the help! tyler

Yeah long story short hes re designing the entire thing from the ground up. Also featuring a new ai virtual caching system. So when their cached they can still move and have virtual battles so to speak. You can find most of the info on his YouTube streams. I'll post you a link of the Part 1 (out of 5 parts so far) when he streams it. How to make AI Hunt a player down while he is on the move?

basically im not an experienced mission maker with all the scripts etc but i know the basics and stuff so im happy... i mostly play LAN with my brother etc.. anyway i want to create a mission where me and my brother are on the run after we have crash landed. how would i get the enemy to hunt me and my brother down while we are on the move? for example the AI would always travel to a ROUGH estimated location near us obviously not on our exact position etc.. any help or tips would be appreciated!! -
Hey guys Im currently using this script inside of a trigger on-act . However i want to know if there is a way to make it only appear for like independent or blufor so the other team does not see it. Edit: We have a GTXgaming gameserver also so it would need to be MP if possible Any help is appreciated 🙂

I have put a simple trigger with a radius area and named it loot in the variable name ive put Inside the exclusive loot However with debug enabled and i teleport myself to a town inside this trigger area, nothing is being spawned in. Will it auto detect which is a launcher which a gun etc and follow the setting for the probability values for each class For example if I list 3 guns, 2 uniform objects, 1 backpack. Im getting this error in my RPT Anyone know a quick fix? Also a lot of my items etc are like 0.2, or 0.1 but still finding loads of loot very quickly
