I use the latest AiA TP (1st Jan 2015) with the hotfix and launch it first in my parameters, the order mattters now, never did in the past

Crash reports would help, open a ticket at http://feedback.arma3.com/and post all info, attach crash reports and client side RPT logs etc I played Wasteland and Epoch recently on many maps, never crashed once or had any issues.

Gwiddik and Major_Desync are doing amazing work with the towns and cities, really amazing unique content :D I'm still doing roads and forests plus some touch ups on the map, smoothing where needed for roads etc WinstonSmith is doing object placement and sat cleanups, along with mask tweaks Kydoimos is making some awesome new objects, town/city signs, statues, hedges, custom plants and more. Progress being made each day/week, she's coming along nicely :) -

or make your own :p Only then will you understand the months and months, countless hours that go into these things, it's the authors choice what they do and don't use, you have to respect their choice or skip it. My terrain is standalone without any dependencies but the lack of objects is a struggle, I do know my next terrain will use @CUP, there just aren't enough objects out atm to not use it, seriously though, try it yourself and then question the Taunus teams decision.

I know, we've become used to it, just like the road smoothing in Terrain Processor also requires a 3rd party tool to work :lol: pretty sure it's company policy to annoy or make life difficult for the end user. I do yes, place them down normally and anything that requires tilting i finish with BD.

No other way sorry, once you import they reset all pitch/angles and are vertical. The fault if you can call it that is BI's, this happens with all 3rd party tools and Eden, yes the official BI tool suffers from it.

You can't, can you ? pretty sure you can't though. I always have to fix sidewalks after importing.

They look sweet :) We're planning to add some underwater shelves and rocks on our upcoming terrain, i'll try to factor these bad boys in now.

What newer assets do you mean ? we'll use anything so long as it fits with the terrain. -

More cores and the highest frequency you can, 16GB Ram is plenty, personally i saw no difference between SSD and Sata3, even in raid. 50 Mbit @ 10TB xfer is more than enough bandwidth, we ran 3 servers from 1 machine and never exceeded 20 mbit out -

I also had that using .xyz but switching to .asc fixed it. You could also manually fix with BD but that's tedious on large terrains. -

I'm in the UK, usually on daily after work and my kids are in bed around 19:00 (GMT) We'll sort something :) *Edit* so that's around midnight (ish) or so says Google, I can hang around later on weekends.
