  2. You need a Steam account to download and update the arma3 file/server but not to start it. You need to add the arma3 server.exe to your firewall and allow in/outgoining traffic. Also if you host the server on a PC at someones home you should check if the router is portforwarding (https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_3_Dedicated_Server#Port_Forwarding).   3. If your buddy host the server he is running all the AIs so it might be possible if the AI is out of his viewDistance that the AI is not so responsive. Also if his computer/fps are bad the AI is also slower. Use a dedicated server and the problem should be fixed i suppose.

    Short question... i updated my makePbo and dePbo to the newest free version and now some of my macros are broken.   8. @major_shepard i would be really nice to make a duplicate of a sync modset... i need this for testing modsets fast... i sure this was possible some versions ago. Is this possible to add again?

    Mark all units you want for garrison and then right click one of the selected units (one unit, no group) go to edit (a submenu) and the garrison.

    Little bugreport...please rework the disableAI checkboxes... the expression need a "if (_value) then {... disableAI ...};" because atm when you check one box but want then to uncheck it again... the disable attribute is for ever at the unit... no check if value is true or false. Thanks ;D

    i know he had one but this repository is old af... VCOM is in my opinion the best ai mod... but if you play with alive or other mods your server collect the spawns like popcorn... up to 300 spawns because the wrong waituntils like @IrLED pointed because of this... the performance is to low to play with it atm

    No, use Mikero Tools DeRap the file delete the parts and you done. DeRap free download: https://armaservices.maverick-applications.com/Products/MikerosDosTools/DownloadFree.aspx?download=DeRap.1.77.5.65.Installer.exe 1. install DeRap 2. go to the installdir to bin folder and start the derap.exe (not the dos version) 3. choose your mission.sqm file 4. save the plain text in the mission.sqm.txt file (he suggest this) 5. now go to your mission and rename your mission.sqm (to something other example mission.sqm_backup) 6. now rename the mission.sqm.txt file to mission.sqm 7. open now this file an delete all things you want TIP: you need to delete the addons from the addons array AND all items in your mission

    You have an typo in "enableAI 'SUPRESSION'" should be "enableAI 'SUPPRESSION'" ^^ Can you implement in your FSM a check for the var "VCOM_NOAI"... if you spawn units and the want to disable VCOM it ignores all NOAI Variables.

    Nice mod from an paranoid author, this is my opinion. With this "rules" and "hidden" endMission sqfs you force more and more guys to rePbo your work to unblock it. Every mod cost days or years of development but i hate authors who are so limited in a so open minded and open source community like arma. I hope you change your mind a little bit. But thats only my two cents worth.

  21. That problem is 100% if you spawn as non leader an a dedicated server. DONT test this on Eden or client host ONLY per dedicated server. In my repo you also see my server rpt that i load no mods or any special. I have a rpt file and a video as evidence...

Yes, we can make a scripting solution for this, but i would be nice if there is an engine solution ;D Also, you say you have problems with Tonics group system... we have there no problem like this leader rpt spam problem... can you explain more about your problem with Tocis AL system... -.- are you serious... because of that i wrote it as P.S. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postscript) to you.

I know to ways to create a new group: this addAction ["Methode1: New Group",{_group = createGroup west; [player] join _group}]; this addAction ["Methode2: New Group",{[player] join grpNull}]; But both didnt create any spam, because arma automatically set the first unit to leader... BUT not if you have playable units (playable groups for lobby), because the group is there but the playable leader unit is not controlled... We have no problem connected to the Tonic group system with this kind of spam...
  24. Man, look my Repo or the video... this happen with normal lobby groups... nothing with only Tonics stuff... P.S.: Da du ja deutsch kannst, hast du das Video oder die Repo nicht angeschaut?!? Ich zeige doch ganz genau das auf einem DS in der Lobby dieser Spam ausgelöst wird... das kann auch von Tonicssystem ausglöst werden, aber die Lobby löst das vor allem aus
