First time I got injured while I playing as Russian/CDF I heard him saying "Fuck, that hurts!". I was like WTF.

This is a very rough design mistake...

They speak Russian for me, but occasionally they'll say "Oh fuck that hurts" (As LeadCommando said) when wounded.

For me it's a mix, sometimes they speak Russian and sometimes they speak english.

Someone with the Russian version would probably have to make an addon with the voice files, the same thing was done for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games.

I guess it could be a bug. Which missions are you experiencing this in? In MP coop missions I've never heard them speak english (aside from the occasional "ouchie fuck et hertz").

Hmmmm. What happens when you save it as a SP or MP mission and then replay it?

I'm not home or I'd have a look, but it could just be something to do with being in edit mode/preview.

Check your mods. Russians talk, give orders, and groan from pain in a Russian manner in my vanilla arma 2. However, with VOP sounds added they moan from pain in English. They should be speaking Russian. If this problem persists, a reinstall may be your only hope. Just to make absolutely sure you understand, Russians speak in Russian, CDF and ChDsk speak in Czech (Chenarussian), and the USMC speak in English. All sound files exist for each, so rest assured if these groups are speaking English then a mod or bug is causing it.

Did a little trial and error. Turns out CAA1 is causing the mix matching voices. But now im wondering y? Im sure the creator of it would have noticed right?

I just tested something.

I opened a CRCTI coop pbo in the editor. Previewed it playing russian and sure enough, my russian squad spoke english.

Re-pbo'ed it and launched it on a self-hosted MP session. Again, they spoke english.

Loaded the .pbo onto our dedicated server and launched it. They spoke russian.

I've noticed certain scripts before that only work properly on dedicated hosts. It could be related.

Try taking off CAA if you have it as well as VOPSound. For me CAA was the cause.

It is CAA1, you simply have to get the update for CAA1 and it solves the issue!!! I had the same problem and fixed it by doing this.
