WTF is "LOOSING"?

Recommended Posts

Okay I'm gonna be a Grammar Nazi on this one.

It's "LOSING" not "LOOSING"

Could you please change this, and change it soon, It's getting on my dang nerves every time I see that pop up from a TK.....:p

Thank you....:)

There are translation-related mistakes everywhere. This is just the one that Americans make too.

The odd problem with grammar and spelling I can accept, but the use of "loosing" instead of "losing" infuriates me. It's a mistake made so often now that it's becoming the norm.

People who use it should be the first against the wall when the revolution comes.

I hope they misspell words on your tombstone. Oh well, who cares, right?

It's pointless complaining. Face facts, most of the planet is uneducated and/or don't speak good english so mistakes like this are bound to come up. Just count yourself lucky that you aren't an ignoramus ;)

No they are just rubbing it in. Although it would be more effective like this:

"L-o-o-o-ser!". ;)

Well, I think the original point has been made, so I will now close this to prevent any further circular and/or useless discussion about it.
