Arma 2 Addon request thread

I'd like to request for a weapons replacement pack for these Takistan Army soldier classes using the stock weapons from A2 and OA:

AA Specialist: AK-74

Asst. AT Rifleman: AKS-74

Asst. Machingunner: AKS-74

AT Specialist: AK-74

Engineer: FAL

Grenadier: AK-74 w/GP-25

Medic: FAL

Rifleman: AK-74

Rifleman (Backpack): AK-74

Rifleman (RPG-18): AK-74

Rifleman (RPG-7): AKM

Squad Leader: AKS-74 Kobra

Spotter: AKS-74 PSO

The rest of the soldiers are unchanged.

You could just use the already existing soldiers and this:

Except replace the 'G36' stuff with whatever you want. The classlists can be found here (some of this is ACE stuff which won't work unless you have ACE though, but what you're looking for can still be found here):

For example:

Name your unit 'test'.

removeallweapons test; {test addmagazine "30Rnd_545x39_AK";} forEach [1,2,3,4,5,6];; test addweapon "AKS_74_pso";

Actually, I wanna know, is it possible to make an addon of a specific person? Let's say I wanted an addon of myself, could that be done? Like if I sent in a pic of myself, from different angles and a close up of my face. Could someone make an addon of me, wearing my usual clothing with my face on it?

lol, if that were possible, I bet you could make addons of almost anyone couldn't you? Osama Bin Laden could be hiding in Zargabad for all we know.

On a side note, does anyone think they can port Cream the Rabbit from HL2 Garry's Mod over to ArmA2?

Although I don't think Cream could handle anything bigger than a pistol. She's only 2'3" tall.

i just live right now in germany (Hamburg) i was born in czech rep. lived there only 2 years, then me, my sis and my mom started traveling around the world cause of my dads job.

Arma1 SLA officer uniform + P85 shoes + steel helmet , i can have it quickly

i had such SLA85 in Arma1 , not problem, i will do it ;) as one model of soldier armed in AK47/M/74

if there is only ONE such face - no problem too, i will make it solid to model

if anyone want DPRK soldiers - please type number of face in Characters.PBO for me

Yeah, it should - but is there one? Doubt BIS made any asian faces at all... especially for Arrowhead, which is rather Arabic (obviously)

For A2 we got only Caucasian and African-American types, although asian looking should be there for RussianFederation troops

Maybe Fromz would lend a hand with these ones?

Hi, :D Yes that is honzikpen for you. He gets carried away sometimes.

Even tho he lives in Germany. He rather be in the US.

(he is not German tho. He is Russian and Czech.)
