I think so, you just drag it in there.

if not, try .tga, that's what I usually work with in O2 anyway.

Says "Error loading file 'then the picture path'.jpg"

This picture I am trying to convert is just for a MP Mission if that helps

for mission you mean?

for all engine related, .paa is the file one should be using, especially since some older ATI GFX cards can't read jpg file properly(in A2).

jpg->tga (use PS, gimp or converter)

tga->paa (use only texview or pal2pace - same thing)

No ATI cards do, hence why people with custom JPEG faces look pale to ATI users in MP.

The file size will fly up by saving to PAA. Most servers impose < 100kB limits.

Picture size is 170kb, but I also use custom sounds on server so it doesnt impose weight limits.... must be what IceBreakr said

Ok, so a couple people have said they had issues getting the 'extract pbo' to show up in their shell menu, but I haven't seen an answer as to how to fix it. I've ran the cpbo.exe and it does add the 'create pbo' to the shell for folders, but when I right click a pbo, I don't get 'extract pbo' in the shell.

I'm running Win 7 x64. Also, I checked the reg entry, and it seems to be showing up the way it supposed to. Any help?

There has been a long discussion on that I the past .. But to be honest , use mikeros depbo.

Set it as the default pbo program and then click on a pbo. it extracts the pbo to the same dir as the pbo, and it unraps everthing but p3ds

One more tip for guys working in PS on new textures: use .tga saving for model preview in bulldozer (wait 'til the file is saved then alt-tab to bulldozer window with model open via oxygen) ;)

If that doesnt work use .tga in oxygen. Much faster for WIP, then you make .paa for the final version.
