=Spetsnaz= 0 Posted June 7, 2009 I don't know where to mention this, so i made this thread. Everyone who wants to mention their broadcasts should put their broadcast links here. My friend at the moment is broadcasting arma 2: http://www.xfire.com/live_video/zion147/
kremator 1065 Posted June 7, 2009 Can get it broadcasting BUT can't get access to xfire ingame. ScrollLock+X crashes Arma2. Anyone get any further ?

-DirTyDeeDs--Ziggy- 0 Posted June 7, 2009 I recently became aware of another tool that will allow you to broadcast/view broadcasts. Dyyno With the Dyyno Broadcast Channel you can broadcast and watch live content — videos, games, images, music, your desktop —while chatting with your friends and colleagues. http://broadcast.dyyno.com/product/
Placebo 29 Posted June 7, 2009 Merging into the existing Xfire broadcasting thread. Search before posting please, it's another forum rule you seem to have missed ;)

Dignity 10 Posted June 26, 2009 Hello Is Xfire going to support arma 2 ? Now that it has been released in America i would have thought Xfire would have updated but so far it hasnt happened, Arma was supported. Does anyone know if it is going to be supported or not ? Dignity.
ck-claw 1 Posted June 26, 2009 What happened with Arma 1 is that once it was released in US wasnt long after xfire supported it!
Dignity 10 Posted June 26, 2009 Ok cheers. I like to use xfire for my fps and to record/live feed videos. I was just wondering incase it slips through Xfire's fingers. Dignity
wooly-back-jack 10 Posted June 27, 2009 thought xfire would have pulled their finger out by now!
kremator 1065 Posted June 27, 2009 They REALLY need to get their fingers out.
Gonzo89 10 Posted June 27, 2009 They won't add it until it's out in the US, this always happens with the PES series, takes them ages to support.
wooly-back-jack 10 Posted June 30, 2009 (edited) [iM]http://img36.imageshack.us/img36/6976/22568405.jpg[/img]>100kb noticed a friend of a friend playing Arma2 on Xfire but it seems Xfire only wants to support the steam version? :/ Edited June 30, 2009 by Placebo
kremator 1065 Posted June 30, 2009 If your friend can look in the xfire.ini file and copy all the bits for Arma2 in there we can all all put it in manually.

Xfire ingame chat doesn't work though. When Xfire updates it will overwrite anyway :)
ck-claw 1 Posted June 30, 2009 Xfire d/loaded an update for me this morning-looking in the files,ArmA2 is indeed in there! Suppose just waiting for the d/load/update to kick in?
overk1ll 10 Posted June 30, 2009 Yeah, I noticed the demo doesn't show up either, they are usually on the ball with that.
Shinobi575 10 Posted June 30, 2009 Quick Turtoil for those who dont have any idea WTF is going on. Go to C:/Program Files/Xfire Open your " xfire_games " file with Notepad scroll all the way down till you see this Delete that the above image and copy and paste this in where that used to be, [5856_2] LongName=ARMA 2 ShortName=arma2 LauncherDirKey=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\InstallPath LauncherExe=arma2.exe DetectExe=arma2.exe LauncherNetworkArgs=-connect=%UA_GAME_HOST_NAME% _GAME_HOST_PORT% Launch= _LAUNCHER_EXE_PATH% _LAUNCHER_EXTRA_ARGS% _LAUNCHER_NETWORK_ARGS% Save, Exit X-fire, Reopen it, Go to Tools>Options>Games-if you don't see it in your Installed Games, Scroll down, Click "Not Installed" and find the Arma 2 Icon, Double click and manually find the path where your Arma 2.exe would be, for example mine is C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2. Now you can piss all of your friends off that dont have the game yet :D ---------- Post added at 09:47 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:44 PM ---------- PS add my Xfire, Silvertrunks575
