This was the case in Evolution too.  If you shoot at the choppers and planes they will start to attack you, but not before.

Try shooting at the choppers and see what happens...

I was driving a support truck to a flag and was promptly dispatched by a KA-50 so I cant explain why its not happening for you. I didnt need to fire on the chopper he saw me and fire rockets into my truck..lol

I downloaded the island and mission as posted above, but no joy trying to run it. The island and mission are in my list but it doesn't load.

Are you getting any error messages? Have you downloaded and installed the correct addons? Which island and mission version are you trying to load?

We've been playing it on our CTI server for several months without issues. If you can post some details we'll try to sort it for you.

Yes thats normal, most of the times I put up broken or non- exsistant link..LOL (sorry couldnt myself silly question really)

We cleaned up the addons site in effort to make it easier to navigate yesterday, I am correcting the all links now

and the rc1ogn changed DVD missions for everon ?

To create the mission for everon will take aprox. 30 min. I can do it for you. But I will recommend the "North Sahrani" version wich I made last week. In combination with the vegetation pack you will get a performance boost by 50% with an OFP atmosphere. It is x-times better then Everon. Belive me. Mission and Addons can be found here

well i tryed it out on server but the big sara one wont work well.

cause it bytes to much server fps....

server has 8fps after 5min game !!!

Yes this was the main reason we hadn't ported it before although with grass removed we seem to be able to run it well, I havent tried with over 10 players but I suspect it may turn out to be a laggy one. I think we may need to adjust the default VD settings down to around 1000 that might do the trick.

The current Sakakah island download is not updated yet with the dedicated server fix -

But you can depbo the island then add these rvmat files.. then pbo it .. works like a charm!

For borderlite I added some new structures like houses that can be built by the m113 support ambulance since borderlite is a vast desert with alot of hills but very little cover.

the sakakah version need rhs_weap. don't know why , it's not visible in the mission.sqm.
