Nice work ... using your pack since the first release.

Did you miss to add the latest link for the replacement pack on the first page?

If I am not wrong this is the last version of it:

look every time i start my game after making a modfolder that has an addons and chammy's sound mod fix, i put amp_deswps.pbo, and AMP_DesWpsReplaceAll.pbo files in the addon folder. But when i open my game it says : cannot load object m4_aimpoint.p3d? What the ell am i doing wrong lol banghead.gif

The new version won't work with the old replacement packs ... the models have new names.

but you could edit it by yourself or wait ... I think someone will do it and release a new version.

this is how the file should look, if you want to replace all the rifles:

copy the text in a new TEXTFILE.txt

rename it to config.cpp

and put it in a folder called AMP_DesWps_ReplaceAll

pack the folder into a .pbo with cpbo v2.03 - PBO extractor/repacker from kegetys

can be found here http://www.kegetys.net/arma/ under ArmA Tools

put the AMP_DesWps_ReplaceAll.pbo into your addon folder and it should work.

i tried benus but still wouldnt work, please name all of the files that need to be in this folder before i PBO it thnk you.

i found one issue that the m4/acog/203/qds has

its optics isnt optimised for widescreen

2 thin opaque strips show up on either side of the screen

all the others have no issues just that model

Been lovin them for a while, 1.0 brough cool skins and full auto but 1.1 brings some really usefull kit. This addon is an essential part of my Arma instalation (and im not much of an addon user) smile_o.gif .

edit:

My only nitpick is the m203 leaf site, i know its a BIS "fix" but it doesnt really help, makes use of normal sights harder and.. well these are SF rifles wink_o.gif .

About the M203 sight I agree,but I have no valit solution atm.

also aimpoint another issue one of the p3d's is possibly missing will look for the error again later but it causes me and the beta team for the mod im working on to constantly ctd

The 300 whisper round is better than the BIS SD stanag without being too uber, and its interchangeable so its good to use on the supressed M4's wink_o.gif .

The Mk211 Mod 0 HEIAP was needed, to use the M107 in its anti material role, its a nice round to disable UAZ's and trucks without being overpowered, i have the impression that it could be somewhat faster though?

Supressed SPR with Harris bipod, for quiet night missions, very handy.

NonWonderDog's optics and the ACOG mounted M4's without that weird default dispersion, sweet.

Im not going into extreme detail on all this kit, the pack fills all the gaps and looks just about perfect, cant think of a SF mission without it, SLA is in big trouble now biggrin_o.gif .

Are you working on other combos (like M4/203 with Aimpoint) or EOtech rifles ?

A last thing, it would be the very best of weapons packs it was improved with an iron sight view on "ACOG rifles" (like in 6th sense M14).

So we could switch between ACOG view at midle range, and upper ironsight at CQB. wink_o.gif

Sweetest replacement pack!

been using the earlier version since it came out. This new one is sweet. M4 suppressed with Gnade woohoo. Not to mention the supressed SPR with bipod.

Can you please give me some more info about the error.

Do you use the replacement?

Which model is missing? and when it usually happen?

The Mk 211 Mod 0 is around 2940 fps (900 m/s +/-)..for more speed we would need the M903 SLAP 4000 fps (1.219 m/s) but if I remember well is only used by M2HB machine guns.

You're kidding, right? They actually included the little bump sites on the top of an ACOG for use? In case you've never used one, they're impossible to use. You're better off learning the BAC or just pointing and shooting at close range. Some guys use a little Dr. Optic on the top, and while that is hard to use, it works about ten times better than the ACOG BUIS.

edit: also it would be nice if you broke from the tradition of seeing satchel pouches on the ground when you dropped a mag on the ground it would be nice to see a magazine like in the AAW steyr's  just a thought anyways mate good luck with the mod your going great gunz us Aussies love your work

but I have a problem, When I use your mod in mutiplayer

I can't hear other people who use your gun

and I can't see they shoot,  I can't hear the sound from there gun , do you have any idea ?
