I can`t wait until testing the fix for one of the worst bugs in MP:

Yeah, that one kicked me out of many crCTI when clicking EXIT button of the menu.

Since Maruk stated that only A10 missions and not the A10 itself is exclusive, I am happy.

There is even sugar for boecko, me and others which didn`t found this funny: Mission Blood, Sweat and Tears is now available for all.

If BI goes on with a similar speed they might make mantis/BTS almost empty until mid/end summer.

i've never seen the first bug (the ammo one). guess i dont use the trucks alot due to berzerk servers.

using 16:10 ratio too and my optic isnt egg shaped. (someone tell me 16:10 isnt 4:3 before i look stupid) tounge2.gif

The optics thing I only noticed a few days ago, still did not have a problem with it but it's offcourse nice to have that one fixed smile_o.gif

BIS is doing a great job fixing all those stuff, especially the clickable window areas, had this problem since day one but never had a problem with it except with mission map and there I just simply avoided the top of my screen but yet again, great to see this fixed smile_o.gif

Its easy to make plays one of those zodiacs and put a stringer in it.

The first time I did that, I almost killed my self in RL because of it.

Looks promising so far also i dont give much about the A10 mission if we get the A10 at least BUT the part with the exclusive cutscenes for the US release annoyed me...

But i guess this campaign version will show up somwhere anyway like Blood, Sweat and Tears did whistle.gif

What I really hope for is that they'll fix the para bug. And also the exit vehicle bug when changing positions, like in a tank. And the bug that makes helicopters look destroyed in mp, and yet they're flying. I'm sure there are others I'd like to be fixed.

Is the chopper bug fixed? The one where you could see wrecked chopper, and shoot it once to make it working again.

i REALLY hope that BIS have time to fix up the rifle tracers bug in this patch, its something ive been waiting for for ages.

The reason i find it so annoying is that there is an option to turn them off but it just doesnt work, now this cant be hard for bis to do could it? i mean it was included with the original game!

TOW missiles will now be guided when fired......that for me was a big bugbear!

Maybe, Maybe not, I guess it means that you do not need to drag the turret/gun elevation always with your optics and the ability to keep the optic aligned onto the target while the gun elevates drastically because it is a far distance shot or howitzer or Mortar.

I hope it is an enabler to zero optics now in game to different distances.

Sounds like something needed for the javelin launcher to work as it should. It should allow better sights for grenade launchers too smile_o.gif

I just hate the fact that the ACOG was designed not only for long range marksman firing but it also has the capability of close range, but you could never use it that way. Therefore when you got into the city your marksman on your team became almost useless unless he was good at using the crosshair assuming the admin or mapmaker hadn't disabled it via scripts.

And yeap, ACOG's are definately screwy. They should also be used for close distances. I'm in the Army and only used an ACOG as a civilian, but they're not sniper scopes like the game implemented them to be.

I wish ArmA was able to make scopes like in Red Orchestra.. 3D ironsights with a zoomed in area over the lens. Would be perfect for the ACOG.

in dense forest a lil texture lag seems the least of your problems.

that picture was taken from a member of my team who has an 8800GTX. I myself have an ATI Radeon X1950Pro and I frankly get tired of the memory leak that causes you to loose framerate while in game for too long.
