ArchangelSKT 0 Posted March 26, 2007 Nice shots though since it is from sept.2006 I wonder how the engine looks today. When was the last time we were made sure they work on it anyway ? Not that I really doubt that they do but it`s been a while since we heard anything.

Not that I really doubt that they do but it`s been a while since we heard anything. These screens are from E3 2005 (May). Then BIS first time (and last)told us about GAME2. So, (soon)it will be 2 years after first press release. Check the date: GAME2 press release By the way, I let for small offtopic: Did somebody see the dslyecxi's desktop? Mysterious dslyecxi's desktop Full resolution Hmm...
Adamicz 3 Posted March 27, 2007 Yeah the screens are evidently from E3 2005 version and the second screen was already in Level Game 2 preview (Christmas 2005), though this one have better quality

I'd rather hope they are working on ArmA right now I think after ArmA release there are (in BIS) two different developer teams again. The first working on ArmA patches, maybe they're making some expansion pack and the second one is working on Game 2 again.

CameronMcDonald 146 Posted April 19, 2007 I would have thought the Ruskies would all be toting at least the 74M by that time frame - still, there are craploads of people in the Russian Army still toting AK47s/AKMs, apparently.

Poor Ruskies...:'( Not to be the fashion police here, but they don't even match in 95 percent of the pictures i've seen. I heard their military is doing better now, equipment wise. The only people toting AKMs are Special Forces, and they do this because they choose it the 7.62mm round over the 5.45mm round of the AK-74. The Russian Army has been using the AK-74 and its variants completely since the late 70s.
