PainDealer 0 Posted October 16, 2006 finally the finnish media noticed armed assault... I'm especially disappointed with tilt.tv show cos they seem to have no interest to put out a single word about the game this article is top class tho

Uziyahu--IDF 0 Posted October 16, 2006 Quote[/b] ]If developers wanted to make games with freedom and open-ended gameplay they could do so, we proved that in 2001, the fact that they don't do it and instead focus on meaningless trademarked catchphrases and graphical gimicry speaks more about them than the technology they have at their disposal. *sizzle!* Placebo sure earned his money with that one. VICIOUS!
Scrub 0 Posted October 17, 2006 Yes good one, EA has to be wincing - it's explained so pointedly- Â The truth hurts. Â

cain2001 0 Posted October 17, 2006 I 4th that And i agree on the answers regarding other games out there. Bis and a few others dont seem to be controlled by the $ in making a game. They are bunch of good buys doing what they love. That reflects in their game and in its players. This game has a higher skill of gamers than any other in the world. Here most of the guys have donearmy services, fought all around the world and if we put together a BIS Army, hell i think we could take on Bush Bis have created this sandbox, big enough for all of us to fit in. I thank them for that. I honsetly hope that ArmA wont be a huge seller. Here I see a community weld together by real war memories and stories rather than people playing the game trying to own eachother. To Bis Players! The Greatest Players on Earth! I think tv shows aren't nowadays very useful information source anyway. Internet is much much more faster and reliable. Like this place.

The Greatest Players on Earth! well making games seems is only their part time like job, while they use those experince to make some real money:VBS, Oxygen, the tree gen. soft etc. etc. but ofcouse, once getting in making game, those boys wont leave it as a half done bugfilled unfinish kind of crap, instead they put 100% force on it someone should change this into "evil association" and BIS logo

mrj-fin 0 Posted October 19, 2006 Finnish people have made a spectacular FDF-mod so whole OFP community will know that we are one of the biggest fans of this game. Finnish game media is just in deep of forest about this game. There is just thousand sites and only few are intresting about this game and that make me angry. Finnish game media is just in deep of forest about this game. There is just thousand sites and only few are intresting about this game and that make me angry. I'm just clad that i don't see ArmA-hype anywhere. Man! I just hate hype. Pelit magazine had taste of the game, and writer admitted that he will buy it when it is available. That's enough ArmA-hype for me.
