They do look brillaint but I think there are a few too many creases on the trousers; they way they bunch up in close 'ripples' makes the material look really light and thin like silk or something, instead of a thick, durable combat uniform.

These models look downright amazing. The 4th shot (the one with the Huey) totally sold me. Not that the other shots weren't good, mind you, but all the extra crap on them (as in, LBVs, pouches, etc) really makes everything work. Fan-frigging-tastic.

I think that despite Hyakushiki new masterpiece work is awesome and a superb improvement on his previous work, i am noticing in this thread that a retired creator is really underestimating his own brillant work

Notice that the 2 boonies on the right in this pic are different from each other. Great eye for detail since every soldier wears his boonie in a different way  

My SEALs also feature this erm, feature. Thats not really new, its just a good idea to include it as like you said, they're worn differently.

I agree that sometimes all addon-makers see are the bad comments made about their addons, so its nice to see a thread of encouragement now and then

I wish Hyk would make some kind of international soldier modell, so other mods could develop their soldiers on base of Hyks.

Already there have been many addons using his US soldier models so i can't see why this won't continue when these are finally released..

What are you looking at? The textures or the model?Because I can't really see anything that special, yeah the textures are nice but... Would be helpful if there was a standard soldier model placed next to this new one for comparison

Oh my god take a look at this, do you see there is NO distortion when the soldier model stands and there is a collar and the crotch doesn't look funny like alot of infantry addons. Your not really an OFP player if you didn't pick up how good the models are
