i was browsin his site and saw he has a new version out which is much better for creating briefings.

Um...question...How do you open up an .msi file. Mine won't open...I recently reinstalled my Windows 98 (please no upgrade comments please, I hate WinXP) and I can't remember what I used to open .msi files before. Thanks for any help on this.

I guess you gotta download and install Microsoft Windows Installer (MSI) first, as it's not yet included in Win98.

hey has released 3.1 on his website which you can find in the first post.

Always great to see an awesome tool being updated. I've been using this boy for years now, and wouldn't dream of scripting without it (or another, similar tool I suppose).

I've used this tool since it dawned ages ago, it's great smile_o.gif

But I'm having problems installing this new 3.1... confused_o.gif

'System cannot open the device or file specified'

No matter what I specify as a location for the install...

And yes, I'm running XP (SP2)...

And I have rerere-downloaded the file many many times.... etc... sad_o.gif

You could try running the installation program from a user account that has full privileges to your computer (admin account). If you are not already logging in with full privileges (which is very bad) everytime...
