@Silolas shots: GCC = Group Command Console, from the basic idea quite similar to CoC's CE. (And for those who were whining about XCam's colours: you can change the colour settings ingame and save them... )

Hmm..makes you wonder who you really quoted...and about listing the addons, when will you do it properly yourself?

a "Mustang" and "retex malden" --->hint: maybe try using the creators name will help alot of doing it properly

Anyway I think you bother people to much while you know what addon(s) they used.

GCC, or whatever shortcut that is, it looks like an uber cool feature. Remainds me of those fancy VBS modules. I'm looking forward to it, COC-ce replacement is long overdue.

It's quite simple : www.alienware.com or the likes, simply turn the settings up..

There`s no relationship or whatever and it isn`t to hard to check your -modfolder for the exact name of the addon

Mustang_GTR it`s also on the back of the car

And the retextured malden island is done by symbiot and atherakhia.

Next time do it yourself and stop bothering others with the sh*t when you can`t find the time to do it properly

I'm not saying edited screenies are bad, people like them..

For example, porn.. It's "pretty", but theres absoutly no weight to them, "pretty" is all there is to it.. It's (extremely ) popular, but theres not exactly a huge ammount of skill that goes into it..

Exactly the same applies to these screenshots.. Sure, a heavily photoshop'd/DXDLL'd screenshot looks nice, but is there a reason for the plane flying around? Is it fighting? It it just randomly training?

If it's just training (Just using this as an example), it exains why theres no enemy planes around, but in a game where you can do anything (It could be fighting giant robots in space if you wanted..), why would you want to see a plane training?

But, if it's supposed to be fighting (in a war say), wheres the other planes? Wheres the stuff happening on the ground, the AA guns etcetc..?

Helis/planes taking off, fine, but atleast have the next screenshot being when it acctualy gets somewhere "interesting".. Like a little graphic-story-book (if that makes sense)

Infantry, I'm not sure, smoke (as you suggested) can add something to it (Forces you to look at the units more than the background, which in OFP tends to be slightly sparse).. *Shrugs*

Basicly, my main problem with the thread thing is what would be other-wise dull screenshots, photoshoped to look shinier.. That have no real thought behind them (As to why their doing what their doing)

Again, I'm not saying everyone shoudl stop complimenting each other, it's more people only seem to give a damn about screenshots taken at extremely-high resoultion, no matter if the other screenshots acctualy have a story behind them, and may have been Photoshoped to add too the photo, not be used as the main "wow"ness feature (Like two photos, one that you Photoshop a giant-bannana in, for no reason.. Yes it looks alright, but if you take a photo of something, that has meaning, and a story, surely thats more impressive than fake giant fruit?)

Thx Ben this is constructive - and i guess that its also a point of view that OFP isn't in the *prime of life -

so some editingz (like me) wants to look OFP like actually games (prepared by f.e. Photoshop)

of course i also like some unedited natural *magic moments ingame screens - maybe possible with ArmA

and all the new effects of an actually game ...

I took a screen and I thought it was pretty cool but I've never actually taken one before. Does it save to a folder somewhere? If so, where is it?

Depends if you have DXDLL enabled. If so, it will save to the "screenshots" folder in the Operation Flashpoint\DXDLL folder.

If not, just open paint, PSP, Gimp or whatever you so desire, and press Ctrl-V to paste your beautiful pic.

Do whatever editing you want, host it online, and whack it in the forums - simple.

Nice shots - NSX. My pics would be a ton better if I had your monitor (and graphics card!.

Parvus - I'm fairly sure he's using the FFUR config.   Though he can answer for himself!

Oh and NSX - I've got a nice little surprise for you - I've improved the FacePlant US Infantry...
