I think you're talking about the Tiger-painting?

This is of course not a standard painting for these birds. I'm sure it excists though. I assume it was done for one of the "tiger-meets", where every sqn (from a lot of countries all over the world) with a Tiger in it's logo meet once a year. Throughout the years it became more and more common to paint the airplanes and choppers in extremely beautifull paintings to show that they are "tigers".

would be extreemely cool to have an online flightshow with several players flying or spectating and some shooting screens (for what else do we have a whole camera men addonpack for ).

i already see planes crashing into each other, players cursing.. oh my that´d be so great

There's a meeting of military aircrafts each year that's called "Tiger Meet". All countries that are invited normally paint at least one plane or helicopter with a special tiger-painting.

I saw the upcomming Czech Hind with this painting in a TV-documention about the air-meet some days ago. But also the existing version which are currently available in the mod have their real partners.

searching through 10 gb´s of addons is a big nono

I think this launcher comes with FLashFX or any older Effect mod...
