Great news mates , now all smoke scripts which appear while firing will get removed because I'll use an accurate way to introduce a pretty nice realistic smoke without the use of any script , just by carrying out some modifications in the cfgcloudlets of the cpp .That will decrease a lot the lag when there would be several units opening fire at the same time though

Another small thing though , now as sniper you can set a "small camouflage bunker" in the goal to be better hided for a long firing range smile_o.gif

i think i saw that the package was about 385mb wich is alot better

and that sniper thing looks great good idea but in the action menu it says 'safety m21' does that mean you have a sfety catch ?

Very nice, btw I've never had a lot of lag with FFUR, and I've had 5 squads and 2 tank platoons on each side without lag

how about adding a detachable burgan for some of the units like snipers they never know how long they will be out there and also they lie on them

as you can see on the second sniper pic on this page you can see his back is arched and off the ground and of course in real life that mus hurt so they ly down over there bergans also helping with the shot if anyone has tried to shoot a rifle when you are on the ground you will see how dificult it is to aim left and right and aiming up and down just ends up in a wonky shot.

also a detachable bag would look quite good in alot of missions but which units ? thats if you decide to include it, it might even be to far in the beta stage to bother adding things

Thats another thing that caught my eye when i was playing this mod the m21 model is backwards because the cocking handle is on the left side and the scope mount on the right. Wether it is fixed in this one or not id guess you would have to answer that but regardless it is still a good model.

smoke looks nice, but please don't put too much smoke...in addition to looking unrealistic it clogs your field of view and gets annoying.

is that smoke just from the bullet firing ? if so then i think that is abit to much maybe just touch it down abit

also how about pics of combat we havent seen yet such as forest just take a few screenies of the new tree models if they were included and a good old fire fight.

If the pack is delayed beyond Saturday then it'll automatically be another week late. I'm going to Belgium from Sunday to Friday, and I am making the installer.

Sorry if you have to wait another week, but let me assure you it is totally worth it. Hell, I'd wait a month it's so good.

Why is one even needed if it's a mod folder?

The mod has propably a installer that copies the data.pbo and data3d.pbo and changes a few files just like the sky packs. So if you would go without a installer you need to attach the OFP data.pbo and data3d.pbo's which are quite big.

Or make the users manual depbo, copy files and pbo it up again.. crazy_o.gif

Mod looks really nice. I like the sniper camo setup/take down. The VME had this, but it's hard to find the units that have this, and you can only set up the camo once. But this looks great biggrin_o.gif

One thing, "Get cammo" is probobaly better worded "Take cammo" or "Take down cammo"

ok , now I'd like to show ya a pretty quick combat between 2 T-80 from the 21st NikolaÄ Armored platoon coming from the east and a M1A1 posted in the north... the 2 T-80 saw the M1A1 at first and they immediately opened fire on it ...

Hi,

First off, thanks for this awesome undertaking. I can't imagine the hours and effort it must take to produce such a refreshing and meticulous revitalisation of an already great game icon14.gif

As with most times when I launch OFP, I get an error saying LSR_Rangers requires LSR_USWP, which I don't understand as I just installed the latest version of said addon. Also, whenever I put a West armoured unit in the mission editor, I get an error message regarding the XM117 and I can't use it sad_o.gif

How can I fix this?

Nah , it doesn't need to go there cuz the release date's very close...we still only need sanctuary upcoming animations pack , that's all...
