Nissan patrol and ford f-150

Has anyone made or does anyone plan to make a Nissan Patrol 4x4 Jeep?

The Ford F-150 I'm looking (praying) for is the F-150 based SORV (special operations recconaisance vehicle).

In Irish service at least its to be fitted out with a WMIK kit featuring M2HBQCB, GPMG and MK-19 as well as smoke launchers and IR headlights.

I think Sweden's SSG might also use these?

Nice cars , but i doubt if anyone is willing to make one.

I have yet to see a good 4 x 4 civvie car with such arms on board , only hummer are there and UAZs

The only one i know is a toyota truck and it isnt textured that good .

long time ago Mechanic made lot´s of cars .. no nissan included but some Ford 4x4´s.

someone mentioned SSG, well i dont think they use ford F150...

i know that when they where going to Afghanistan they secretly up armoured some Landrovers.. (yes, i have spoken to eye witnesses that confirm that it is Lnadrovers, i have also seen pics of them in afghanistan)

however the weapons and equipment used by SSG are pretty much top secret and unknown.. roumors do say that thay use H&K G36 rifles and not AK5... but that´s just roumors and speculations...

anyway, it would be way cool to get some more trucks like these in game

We had one guy who did that called Mechanic who was driven out of OFP by noobs bitching about him making non combat vehicles like cars and stuff.

Most folks remeber that and don't wanna end up like Mechanic did.

Its a shame about all the little gunsexuals driving out the likes of Mechanic, very few mods have any Logistical vehicles other than Frenchpoint and the Logs Kings at MMP mod.

I've collected quite a few pictures of it and am going to try to make a F350 tomorow. (Rather late/early here.)

Also about the F classes.

F-100 = 1/2 ton F-150 3/4 ton F-250 1 ton F-350 1 1/2 ton.

The F-xxx is a weight clasification.

Yeah more civilian 4 x 4 cars would be great, there is the BIS police jeep, some from mechanic, the HMMMVV and my dodgey Hilux:

I think the overall skill of the OFP addon community is at such a level that whipping up a very good 4WD probably wouldn't be too hard.

Lt. Dammage already made an excellent Toyota Hilux technical with a DShK 12.7mm HMG on the back. It's a great fast attack vehicle and good for using in Middle East/Africa missions.

Thanks mate but my Hilux sucks pretty badly, BAS asked for the model so they could base a technical on it and they said in return they'd make nicer textures for me but that hasn't eventuated.. (I recently asked if I could base a different dirt bike on their Kawasaki and was told no)..

Maybe they are just busy and maybe sharing my crappy hilux with them wasn't enough for them to return the favour.. I did work hard on it though..

Hey! Don't forget PhilCommando made a Toyota Tacoma addon, with three vehicles: one white Tacoma with MG, another without, and another which was supposed to fire RPGs but every time you tried to fire the vehicle invariably blew up... still a very nice addon!!! Got it from http://www.ofpnews.com , just below Lt. Damage's Toyota Hilux.

P.S.: Lt. Damage, dunno why I could never use the sports version (attempts resulted in game crash). Furthermore, the most damaging feature of the Hilux is it's engine sound... a little too rough...

Just joking! It's a great addon!!  

Edit: Oh, and of course there exist Landrovers, Mercedes jeeps, and many Å‘ther 4 x 4 stuff, including some Monster Trucks! (I recomend the Canadian ones, as the Lada Niva Monster trucks are slow and can't swim ).

LT, the whole idea of retexturing your nice model never made it past the one texture I showed you. You never asked again about it, and we never used it. My apologies for never expressly telling you that I just could not fit it into the production schedule to get redone. It was last july when we last talked about it. Quite honestly I had long forgotten about it. Again my apologies.

Just so you guys know thats a F-250 not a F-350. Sais so in the picture if you enlarge and enhance the image. Anyways just wanted to correct that.
