sanctuary 19 Posted March 12, 2004 Those are games i enjoyed a lot on my CPC464 but they were available on several computers on those old time. I have choosen to display those ones , because they were famous enough to be a part of the legend of computer gaming , and are certainly always present in the memory of those who had the chance to play them. (i hope it is not too much displaying there) I offer some kind of hints to help the guess A scottish for the showbiz The sequel of the previous legend. One day a knight, the night a werewolf. Is he a White or Black hat ? Great warriors . Someone that is alone (it is a sequel) The hand is painfull. Kwon show me the path ! It bites ! A holy armor. Albert Schweitzer 10 Posted March 12, 2004 can you stop refering to those old games from times many of us were barely able to handle a yostick. Some newer ones please 1993 onward!
lee_h._oswald 0 Posted March 12, 2004 Ok, I should try to find out more games ppl are posting here, but I have something for the real amiga freaks. First Person Shooter Time: --- 1. Yes, it has a splitscreen option for two players! --- 2. Second 3D version of an very old but very good "xenomorph hunt". --- 3. I played this with my picasso II+ (2MB) graphics card @ 1024*768 --- 4. Good graphics but very slow. --- Have fun! MfG Lee
Placebo 29 Posted March 12, 2004 Ok this was Opf for the C64, this game made me want Opf before Opf was most likely ever dreamed of by the Spanel brothers
lee_h._oswald 0 Posted March 12, 2004 Allready posted here, it´s Microprose' AIRBORNE RANGER. First you have to parachute 3 ammo "boxes" and then your self from a plane. You have to sneak in, be quiet and archive the mission goal. One very nice mission was to photograph an experimental aircraft. Excellent game, played it very often. SpongeBob 0 Posted March 12, 2004 Here's a game that I had but never really played much. Â Was something like "The Sims" and "Sim City" in an RTS kinda way.

SpongeBob 0 Posted March 12, 2004 Oh man, I had this game too, but i thought it look much better than that! I used to take pictures of whatever they wanted and then go back and bomb it. Then there would be a big party at the bar with all my pilot buddies. Man that does look bad, but back then I thought that game looked so good.

"Way of the falling ...huh... exploding Fist" : that is correct. Manic Miner : not exactly but close , as the screenshots were from the 2 games that followed Manic Miner path : "Jet set Willy" (and the sequel was "Jet Set Willy 2" ) Not Wargames, but Hacker that is right (if i remember well, there was a sequel of Hacker) With Saboteur , you were not too far, as it involved ninja too But in fact it was the second opus of The Last Ninja, an awesome game on its time. Ikaru Warriors : very close as it is Ikari Warriors , adaptation of an arcade coin op game (i was near to display the screenshot of Rambo First Blood part2 adaptation of a coin op arcade too, very famous title in the same kind of games) Way of the tiger : impressive , you are on guessing spree ! The undiscovered games were: The one day knight / one knight werewolf was "Knight Lore" . The holy armor was "The Sacred Armour of Antiriad" , an awesome animation for the character (for those old times)
