Badgerboy 0 Posted November 3, 2004 Quote[/b] ]It clearly seems like Bush has won But Kerry will keep kicking and screaming to the bitter end. After the aftermath of the 2000 election, you can hardly blame them. If they had stuck at it, Gore could be President now.
Colossus 2 Posted November 3, 2004 I think electoral-vote.com is a bit pro-Kerry, check the numbers  Kerry = 327 Bush = 211 CNN says Bush = 254, Kerry = 252 MSNBC says Bush = 269 , Kerry = 238 FOX news says Bush 269, Kerry = 242 So please, don't trust them until the offical numbers are out. Even the Doonesbury comic stip, which has been rabidly anti-Bush, gives Kerry a hint: ]http://us.news1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/p/uc/20041103/ldb041103.gif[/img] yeah, I hope he'll take that hint...... I am confused. What is inaccurate about Yahoo News' results (same as CNN)? Are there more states, other than Iowa, New Mexico and Ohio at this moment, whose electoral vote is not actually finalized? Bernadotte 0 Posted November 3, 2004 People I think talking about assasination attempts while not really flaming/flamebaiting in the strictest sense is quite unnecessary. I agree. Â However, it's worth noting that if Bush had lost he would have been the second US president to survive Tecumseh's Curse since 1840. Â Reagan was the first to survive election in a year ending with zero, but only because an assassin's bullet missed his heart by an inch. Â Now Bush has 4 more years, so there still may be a pretzel out there with his name on it. Edit: I will let you know in a day or so how many of my postcount should go to Billybob (~625 methinks). Cpt. Bazikian-5thSFG- 0 Posted November 3, 2004 then why do you allow such people as Saddam and the N. Korean leader to rise into power? Obviously you haven't put such consern in the planet because we would all be happy with each other instead of fighting over a stupid election that we already knew who was going to win. So I guess US foreign relations will have to loose more money from the US becasue we stoped giving them a monetary incentive when they decided to flee from the war. Placebo 29 Posted November 3, 2004 Once this thread is opened again flaming = WL+1 & 1 week PR, flame baiting = WL+1 & 1 week PR, spamming = WL+1 & 1 week PR, so when you post you better make damn sure it's valid and worthy and not one of those three. Well I thought I had written that in pretty clear English? Darklight: WL+1 & 1 week PR for spamming. TheAvonLady: WL+1 & 1 week PR for spamming.

Btw why havent they accounted for New mexico and Iowa on the BBC site?
