Extract the self-extracting campaign to you Operation Flashpoint directory. Your past progress in the campaign is not affected, click 'Revert' to resume your latest mission (you have to play it again though).  DO NOT continue your mid-game saves since they contain old mission data. Note: Some of the missions are altered and made a bit different/harder so you might want to start all over again NOTE Some missions may require Kegetys' Winter Nogojev and Russian Weapons Pack. Get them from Kegetys OFP Addons INSTALLATION Extract the self-extracting exe file to your Operation Flashpoint directory (eg c:\games\OperationFlashpoint\). Overwrite any previous FDF Mod files. Start the game with flashpointbeta.exe -mod=finmod or use the FDFmod.exe now found in your Operation Flashpoint directory (does the same thing).

whisperFFW06 0 Posted December 28, 2003 Mmmh.. Updated pingZero (Linux dedicated) to 1.2 How I did it : get the 1.2 patch unrar it somewere else than finmod directory ran tolower tar the result untar it over finmod directory on "as an eagle fly", 1.2 clients keep crashing to desktop soon after touching ground. 1.1 clients continue fine, no CTD. Strange error.
theavonlady 2 Posted December 28, 2003 An install question: Several of the MP missions in the full 1.2 pack have dates that are prior to the mission files I already downloaded previously. Specifically, the following MP missions in the new 1.2 install have earlier dates: Supply Lines Surrounded Afternoon Surprise As an Eagle Paradrop of Death The difference in dates might be as little as a few hours on the same day to a difference of 5 or six days. As an example, my existing copy of Supply Lines is dated June 23, while the new install's copy is dated June 20.

Poet 0 Posted December 28, 2003 Missions! Campaign! Addons! Thanks FDF! What are "kegsw66" and "kegsw44m" etc ? I've got the Winter Island as well as Kegs vehicles, but have had missing addon error messages like this since 1.0, and now I cant watch the intro to the campaign. I've got the vehicles and island in the same addon folder as the rest of the FDF stuff, does that make a difference? Cheers guys.
