GoOB 0 Posted January 13, 2004 That Marder looks incredible! I love the picture of it going over a crest, seems very realistic. Is there any meaning to the word "Marder" by the way?
Supah 0 Posted January 13, 2004 That Marder looks incredible! I love the picture of it going over a crest, seems very realistic. Is there any meaning to the word "Marder" by the way? I think its some sort of animal, like a ferret
GoOB 0 Posted January 13, 2004 Ah yes! A ferret, sounds kinda similar to the Swedish word for it (Mĺrd) This will go nice with the Wiesel though:p I can't wait for M.M.P to release some former BW-mod stuff. Really looking forward to this!

I think its some sort of animal, like a ferret My dictionary says the English word for "Marder" is "marten" Boy this is really going off-topic, but hey words are fun too. In Swedish I think we have two words for Ferret, one for the ones people keep in their homes as pets. Wich is "Vessla" then we have the other one for the wild ones wich in turn is "Mĺrd" perhaps that is it for English aswell?
Evil Weasel 0 Posted January 13, 2004 In english the ferret is the domestic animal, which was bred from wild polecats. Just to confuse the issue there is also a mustelid called 'Pine marten' in english. Back on topic the Marder looks fantastic!
CanadianTerror 0 Posted January 13, 2004 I had a ferret and I sure wouldn't call them "domestic" Â They are more like....viscious, screwdriver stealing, put food in your baseboards, hide movie boxes behind the fridge, bite your toes, tear holes in your bed, get stuck in the vent...crazy. But I'm going off topic. Â
Redeagle 0 Posted January 14, 2004 As far is I know there was a problem with BW-Mod using the GOTY-edition. To get it run you needed a "trick". Will this be fixed? And btw why making it for OPF? As OPF2 is not out yet...make a BW-Mod for BF1942 ;) DC needs a competitor
TeRp 1 Posted January 14, 2004 Erm, I don't know of a trick needed for running the BW-Mod with GOTY. This is just an addon like others. Put it in your addons folder and run the game.

Redeagle 0 Posted January 15, 2004 why ban me? I had to edit a file (PLZ don't ask me which one ) to get it to work. As I asked in the BWMod.de forumi was told what to do and that this is a known problem. But that's some time ago
Platoon RedHawk 0 Posted May 3, 2005 Is this mod still in existance? I was looking for the Gepard Addon. Anyone has a link or information on this or it's location for the Gepard Addon.
metalchris 0 Posted May 4, 2005 The mod still exists, but afaik , there is no gepard addon in the works right now. But there is another guy working on one. Check this Pic

TeRp 1 Posted May 4, 2005 Well, not that very close. I'm currently working on the Dingo and there are a few minor things left. As I am currently very stressed it will take a bit longer, let's say in about 2 weeks.
