Powerslide 0 Posted September 25, 2003 Here is some shots of Canadian Prairie I have been working on. Some people were asking about the fuel station. Anyway it's about the size of Nogova but it strays from European style to a more North American style terrain. There are many custom objects, all of which are in the island pbo so no other addons will be required. Unfortunately it will be a big download, likely around 30 MB (sorry 56k'ers  ) but it should be worth it. It features mountain areas, similar to western Canada complete with clearcuts from logging and many dark forests and lakes. It also features farms, oilfield areas and small towns. Furthermore it features burn scripts in the oilfields and fuelstations (yes event handlers do work in a wrp island) and custom ambient sounds. There is loads of work going into this, I hope to have it out in a month or so. I do need someone to help me with bridges as I am having a real problem getting them to work correctly in visitor. First off I had to put up with powerslide whinning about wrpedit day in and day out, he would say things like "Blink you kick so much ass, using wrpedit is too hard I cry like a sissy school girl everytime I use it!"
