the_unknown_one 0 Posted May 10, 2003 i dont know... i played it round at a freinds once and realised the first bad guys u meet have silenced guns that LOOK like AK74s, as the magazine was plastic but i seem to remmebr the stock being longer than for an AKS74U. If you dont want people to keep asking for release dates...dont hype the mod way in advance as something that's almost ready if you dont plan to release anything at all for a few  months or more. If mods are going to show off all the stuff that's in the works with the "we'll release it when it's ready" attitude, at least give people a beta demo to try out to tide 'em over. Â I would suggest something like June 22, at exactly 4:OO a.m. because it is in my opinion quite a lot of time (maybe not) but hey it is just a suggestion. Now, you can look at it in 2 ways. 1) You can be quiet, wait patiently, and get a series of addon packs that WILL rock your OFP world. OR 2) You can keep bitching on about it, RSS will release just the units, no scripts, no anims, no nothing, and all you'll get is the BIS units with better models and textures.. These are just the normal versions and plans are still open in making winter versions as well.
