Koolkid101 0 Posted May 25, 2003 I think BIS should use Blackdogs pics as promtional ones, if someone showed me those pics, I know I'd want the game as fast as I could get it.

This one´s from Blackdog. Do you really think, everyone want´s to play OFP with 5 frames per second? His screens are really good but sometimes far away from playable for many people even him self. blackdog~ 0 Posted May 25, 2003 I had hit the AVI-record-button when I had done that one. Usually I can have OFP running at a steady 17-24FPS By the way, nice pic sanctuary! And Jamesia, I tried, but couldn't. A lot is going on during the heat of battle ... although I made some for BAS. Once the seals get released I might be able to show you them/

MfG Lee I don't think so, I bet that blackdog's real graphics don't look so good compared to those shots. You have to remember that the screenshots are resized, that full size pic he posted wasn't even near in quality http://www.evilmadman.com/whatisee.png (>800kb). No offense, I really like your pics . blackdog~ 0 Posted May 25, 2003 Actually I recently upgraded to a GeForce 4 TI-4800SE and have been able to crank up the graphics quite a bit more than those. Those are old, out in the desert and don't show the true quality of what it looks like in the trees and whatnot I will upload a new 'whatic.png' in a few days.. blackdog~ 0 Posted May 25, 2003 Actually I'll do it now. http://www.tacticalblunder.com/blackdog/files/whatisee.rar Not much of a screenshot worth taking but it gets the job done I guess

sanctuary 19 Posted May 25, 2003 For record , here you can see how i play OFP , non-retouched picture with my everyday graphic settings for constant and good framerate (and in 800x600x32) , playing like this is good enough for me When i want to create a picture for this thread , i change all the settings to have a better visual quality (it is more easy to retouch the picture when they are higher quality) , but i have poor performances , (and if i dare to activate FSAA OFP become a slideshow , so i never use FSAA to take a photo) Sgt.Milkman, make yourself an account here http://www.tripod.lycos.co.uk/build/webbuilder It offers 50mo for hosting all the pics you want for free
