crazy mike 567 Posted June 16, 2017 Big update to the mountains today, I have increased the detail on the mountains tenfold and basically overhauled all aspects of them, minus the general shape, the screenshots will speak for themselves. (some of the large upscaled rocks will need to be edited as they pass the limit for collision, atleast its only a few of them ) I was quite reluctant to update the mountains as it kinda puts a dent in my June 30th release date, but I do admit they look good now hehe Spoiler This is a picture of the other mountains before I fuck with them (the first one above was so I could practice, and yes thats going to be a castle on the closest mountain) Cya next update! <3 4 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

(Like A2 on Namalsk or Ivan's Lab on Tavi) well theres that cliff that has been sunken in and covered in the very last picture ive posted, and about 7 of the chz objects ported by arman that have seperate underground objects which i have been utilizing, example below so far every major location has had a few "underground" areas, its easier to hide them in urban areas compared to natural areas due to having to put clutter on the object with dirt texture, the texture not matching the mask ect. 7 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I used to play Taviana a lot in ArmA 2 but once DayZ origins took over if i wanted a more up to date version with terrain improvements and such we were stuck with a post apocalyptic wasteland and had to play the Origins mod just to get the map. I appreciate you doing a map that is essentially similar to what I had wanted to do, coincidentally, so great job, and hang in there on the weird problems.
