you guys haven't thought about teaming up with the IFA team and joining forces to co create content that you can't implement individually. As for example the same M26 Pershing or a larger number of Japanese tanks and other vehicles?

I'm still tweaking and tweaking the sounds, as well as weapon behaviour. Managed to fix the Shotguns, so the buckshot spread and hit effects are correct. Also managed to add unique pump-action sound for both the Ithaca and M1912. Tweaked some RoF values too, like the Type 99 LMG erroneously had it around 650 RPM instead of 800. The high RoF firemode on the BAR is around 630 RPM.

The static MG42 does not shoot, what is the way to get them to fire.

Devs disappeared, including Giallustio, one of the founding fathers of FoW.

that sucks. it looked so close to completion.

 

are you going to  beef up the pacific theater? are the hell in the pacific guys still around or did they split too?

Is it a private matter or can you share with us the reason that they disappeared? What could we (the community still using the mod) do to help the development continue?

Hi,
It's been a long time since the last update. Most of the development team has been inactive for years now. We had a bunch of new sounds made years ago for a proposed "sound update" and lately, I have been fixing some stuff.

So here we are. This is just a FoW patch with different / reworked combat audio, a mission, and several small fixes. Hope you guys like it.

For a real comeback, we need the following:

- An experienced animator who can create weapon and character anims

- German voice actors

- Talented 2D/3D artists

- Terrain creator(s)

Hello, I'm a Japanese ARMA player who often plays WW2Coop.

About the Type 92 heavy machine gun.

After taking it apart and interacting with the arsenal, reassembling it puts it on a stick.

 

Any plans to fix this?

Brilliant! So glad to see FOW get an update. (Very happy the bullet crack sounds were removed also as they took over the base game sound.)
