They eat the food that native animals would eat. As a result of so many introduced species in Austrailia, alot of the native animals have become endangered or are now extinct. Hunting is a good way of controling the feral population. As I understand, the army has been called on a few times to go and shoot feral animals like Pigs and Cats. 160th(SOAR)LoNeWoLF 0 Posted November 3, 2002 I KNOW! Lets try painting: This allowdammage "False" on every animal in the world. hehehehe I think hunting for sport is bs, and i personally love the game Deer Avenger(it's funny as hell) but if you are starving and have no food, it's kill or be killed/maimed/abused/eaten/torn up/gored/mangled/*replace with syn. for killed* BTW - Bullfighting is shit. First they wrap a rope around the bull's cock(To piss him off, i know i'd be mad if someone did that to me...). Then they send out the picadors first just to hack the shit outta the poor bull, then another wave of ppl to just beat down the bull. Finally the Matador comes out and he's left with a half-dead bull to trick into running through curtains(wow he's so good, he can get a half-dead animal to run through a red curtain! and then the bull usually dies. How pathetic, what a horrible way to show human "superiority" over everything below it in the food chain. And don't even get me started on the article on Bessy the Cow...... Apparently Bessy was loaded into a slaughter truck, on her horrible journey to the butcher. One of her legs were broken due to cramped spaces in pens. The truck drivers found this out when they arrived to the butcher and the cow would not get out. They tied ropes to both of its front legs, leading the the back of the truck. Then they promptly hit the gas and broke the other leg of the cow in an attempt to drag it. When the Animal Abuse officers showed up 2 hours later, they had found the cow dead, having dragged itself 20 ft to the nearest shade using only its back legs. Yea, there's human compassion and sympathy for animals....
DarkLight 0 Posted November 4, 2002 Lonewolf, i totally agree about the bullfighting, it's horrible. Â It's just like the gladiators killing innocent people a long time ago. Â I would never never never NEVER go see one of those things, it's horrible and it clearly shows how much us human beings like to see blood. Â If a life has to be spoiled just so some idiots can have some fun well then i can honestly say that this world is fucked. Actually bullfighting kinda reminds me of the Taliban shooting women on those football fields. It's the same, and don't start saying that there's a huge difference between the life of a human and the life of an animal No one has the right to say that... S. of A. do ya ? that was part of our culture but at some point people realized it's just wrong. You also don't see suspicious acting women get burned for acting like witches now do you ? Bunch of government assholes promoting animal torture. Last one of those bull fighting videos I saw showed a bull with its horns on fire and little 10 year old girls being taught by their fathers how to break a big vine bottle over the bull's head when he's facing away. I claim an open hunting season on those bad fathers and government officials who let such things take place. At one point you gotta realize that some customs, no matter how much part of your culture they represent are no longer morally backed.
