Got a couple missions i'm holding off on updating/creating due to these changes so looking forward to what they may be. Also any plans that once its release, will the classnames or units change again after that?

Thanks will do. Also most of not all rpt errors from all my mods are being corrected. The current test versions run much smoother.

They may not actually HAVE icons. Its not the end of the World if they do or don't, its only the mission-maker that sees it, doesn't affect the addon's use (unless it spams the RPT with errors because they are in fact missing, but can't say as I've noticed any).

I tried this mod + audio fix but still the AK's sound very low or not at all : (

Any eta on next version ?

I'm a bit concerned now about the decision of using CUPs for the weapons pack. With the project lead stepping down, i fear this project will fall short and we'll run into issues in the future. Any opinions on that? Will you consider using your own weapons pack? Or even using HLC's AK packs? Or even RHS's?

My problem in general is that I was searching for an Opfor mod which add realistic Opfor factions, and I found this one as best one also for the reason that was stanalone, so I really wish this will stay standalone.

I think what AIII really need is a standalone mod which add realistic Opfor factions, specially of "insurgents" kind.

I noticed that the units don't engage you from very far. Usually about 200m. Even with config edits and so forth, it only benefits the vanilla units (CSAT and stuff). Any solution to make Insurgents engage you from like 500-700+ meters?

Update:

with the current goings on with @cup we will be brining our weapons back into the pack before release (hence delays).

Before you ask or request THEY WILL NOT BE DESIGNED FOR ATTACHMENTS IN ANYWAY!

I've added 2 new factions:

African Rebels (Based off poorer african nations)

Middle East Rebels (based off ISIL and FSA)

I will also include Independent version of each faction to widen the scope of operations with these units.

Faction changes will look like this:

OPFOR:

ag_me_o_t = Middle East Tribal Fighters (Taliban Inspired)

ag_me_o_r = Middle East Rebels (ISIL / FSA Inspired)

ag_eeur_o_r = Eastern European Rebels (Chechen Inspired)

ag_afr_o_p = African Pirates (Somali Pirates Inspired)

ag_afr_o_r = African Rebels (Drug Lord / Dictators)

ag_sea_o_r = South East Asian Rebels

Independant:

ag_me_i_t

ag_me_i_r

ag_eeur_i_r

ag_afr_i_p

ag_afr_i_r

ag_sea_i_r

Civilians:

ag_me_civ = Middle Eastern (Tribal)

ag_afr_civ = African

ag_sea_civ = Asians

**ag_eeur_civ (Eastern Europeans) In Development

***A Handful of civilian vehicles will also be ported.

****RDS Static and Tanks will be an optional add on to add those assets to certain factions deemed capable of employing them.

*****Air Assets (L39, Mi17 and UH1) are also planned being available only to certain factions.
