onlyrazor 11 Posted November 14, 2014 Sadly, the Napoleonic DLC comes without any SP thingy...I didn't really enjoy the campaign in Warband, i found it quite boring. But i didn't try very hard i must say. Vanilla WB single player can get stale quite quickly. I can recommend a few of the more popular mods that improve and expand the SP experience. 1257AD, Brytenwalda, Floris Extended and Prophesy of Pendor are the most often mentioned ones, of which Floris is one of my favourites - lots of items and troop types. I've probably sunk about 400 hours into it out of a 1010 hour total playtime. There are also a few mods that take place in some pretty popular fantasy locations, including Lord of the Rings and that other thing that's all the rage on HBO now, the name of which I can't ever seem to remember. Yeah, just look them up, you might find something that clicks with you.
JdB 151 Posted November 14, 2014 Game of Thrones ;) Never played that one. The two LotR mods are nice if you like the setting. The Napoleonic DLC is MP only, but there is a great mod in development that will have SP in that era named L'Aigle.
Caselius 94 Posted November 14, 2014 (edited) L'Aigle is must have when it is released. It is amazing how such old game can look so good with modification (basing on the released screenshots). Nova Aetas is a nice mod as well. It changes the fictional Caldradia setting some hundred years later to 1400's. The detail put on that mod is spectacular, having some nice castles, features and models. If you like multiplayer coop (wave defence with bosses) action and hilarious/crazy stuff, I recommend trying out Full Invasion 2. It adds ton of new factions ranging from Romans to LOTR. krycek 349 Posted November 15, 2014 If you want a challenge try Prophecy of Pendor,it's a really great mod and quite difficult. You'll face very strong armies compared to vanilla,it has a new land, new items and armors, new companions and improved economy.I can't even go back to basic Warband after trying PoP. We could always get around to making another one and possibly having the M&B clutter moved into that section. Time to consult the moderators.

Yes, i would favor a new topic, as the other M&B topic are old or too much dedicated on Napoleonic DLC.

tortuosit 486 Posted November 25, 2014 (edited) OpenHexagon (Steam has Super Hexagon, which is more limited). http://vittorioromeo.info/projects.html Hexagon gameplay: You only move the arrow with left/right keys. Thats all. Its simply about skill, which you improve. 100000 tries, 10000 times you go berserk. A bit as in Trackmania racing games. That speed in above video already is insane at some points. Fabioccio 10 Posted November 27, 2014 Was it only one key?
Tonci87 163 Posted November 27, 2014 Sudayev was very generous to gift a key to a random member of this forum. Therefore I find it a bit insulting that he doesn´t even get a thank you for that. So here is one from me: Thank you Sudayev for beeing so generous. You are awesome :)
badluckburt 78 Posted November 27, 2014 Maybe he thanked him through a PM? And no, I'm not the guy who grabbed the key :)

tortuosit 486 Posted November 28, 2014 I have reached level 6 Hexagon. I AM A GOD!!!! You feel like a god ;) - I'm still at 24 seconds/Hexagon level. More than 30% of all players completed Hexagon (easiest) level: http://steamcommunity.com/stats/SuperHexagon/achievements/ I'm surprised! I was expecting less than 20%...
