Korneel 115 Posted July 22, 2013 (edited) Hi all, We're currently organizing several promotional activities for Arma 3, and for this we need to identify the top games media in various countries. We already have a significant list, but since our forum members come from all over the world, I was hoping to confirm what we have, and see if we missed out on any. So the question is: what (games) media do you visit/respect the most - and/or are the most popular/important (online/print) - in your country? Major countries such as the US, UK and Germany we can kind of guess. The countries I'd be most interested in are: Italy Spain France Norway Finland Denmark Sweden Poland Russia Japan Korea Thanks for the help! Ezcoo 47 Posted July 22, 2013 Media related to games is quite scattered in Finland in my opinion, but here are some of the most popular: http://www.pelit.fi (print & online) http://www.tilt.fi (TV & online) http://www.dome.fi (online) You could get some time on TV by eg. contacting the Tilt.tv and offering an interview to them. St. Jimmy 272 Posted July 22, 2013 (edited) Finland: Pelaaja Pelit These two are popular Finnish magazines Tilt Got their own TV show. I'm not sure how popular is it nowadays Dome V2 Popular in the internet. /Oh some Ninja's over here but I added V2 :D // Gamereactor should get some attention in Finland also because of the free magazine that you can find in many markets. Edited July 22, 2013 by St. Jimmy Added Gamereactor
Colossus 2 Posted July 22, 2013 Norway www.gamer.no (online) My personal favorite and they've written quite a bit about BI games in the past. www.pressfire.no (online) www.gamereactor.no (online + magazine) www.spill.no (online) I'm sure you guys already know about www.battlefield.no. It's a game community website, but it's popular and they write a lot of articles - also quite a few about BI games.
papanowel 120 Posted July 22, 2013 (edited) France: www.gamekult.com (online, very good review) www.nofrag.com (online, only talking about fps (shooting) game) www.canardpc.com (online + magazine, very funny to read) Most famous in France but not the best: www.jeuxvideo.com Belgium (french speaker): www.gamerz.be (online only, it's a very old gaming community) Edited July 22, 2013 by Papanowel
