[frl]myke 14 Posted February 24, 2013 (edited) It started with this: Please note the hostname: http://m26.node-42.rv4a3.org/ Going to that site, it "push's you back to the 80's" with modem dial sound. It asks for login and password. The system identifies itself as "WOPR" (reference to the movie "Wargames"): Login attempts from my side using "tictactoe" (and variants) as login and "Joshua" as password failed so far. So, anyone got ideas? Clues: (guesswork, unconfirmed) ------ Server location is NL "Copyright Ion Inc." URL rv4a3.org refers to "Real Virtuality ArmA 3" The number dialed is in greece (+302254093269) / 2254 is the Limnos area code Login "jerryhopper" seems to work, password not shared Another login might be "melteme", not yet confirmed Are the earlier host name(s) also part of this? Same IP as on this one. From the Arma3 gameservers spotted -thread: "Molon Lave" [39.465715,24.986258] http://img89.imageshack.us/img89/9981/a3svrcut.png http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Molon_labe https://maps.google.com/maps?q=39.465715,+24.986258&ie=UTF8&ll=39.465719,24.986258&spn=0.005955,0.013154&t=h&z=17&vpsrc=6&iwloc=A Edited February 24, 2013 by [FRL]Myke

AlexVestin 24 Posted February 24, 2013 WarGames on the wiki for people interested: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WarGames Stephen Falken is an early artificial intelligence researcher, and guesses correctly that his dead son's name "Joshua" is the backdoor password. Password not working as already mentioned.
onlyrazor 11 Posted February 24, 2013 A moderator could also move the last few posts in the "Gameservers spotted" thread over here, since that's what they deal with.
[frl]myke 14 Posted February 24, 2013 A moderator could also move the last few posts in the "Gameservers spotted" thread over here, since that's what they deal with. Done, they are inserted on first page (system sorts by time).
antoineflemming 14 Posted February 24, 2013 Login variables ($user and $passwd) are stored in a PHP file, which you can't access.- Does anybody have the login credentials for this page, it may contain some information related to the terminal. That username and password does not work for this terminal. Unfortunately. You can find out the username and password for Ion-inc.com on google.

[frl]myke 14 Posted February 24, 2013 (edited) I doubt that they will use old references like Ion Inc logins. For that, the refererences to the eighties are too obvious. But trying it surely wont hurt. :D Scratch that, missed the Ion Inc copyright at the bottom. Edited February 24, 2013 by [FRL]Myke
