Tonci87 163 Posted May 25, 2011 Well Gaia is a great storywriter, but all his campaign rapidly become really dramatic, almost too much. EW was perfect, Black Gauntlet was not.
Devil Dogs SF 13 Posted May 25, 2011 Realistically, Gaia and Zipper 5 together. Unrealistically, James Cameron :D

ozzbik 71 Posted May 26, 2011 'Andy McNab'! What's with listing book authors, directors and actors here? Do they know Arma code? Possibly: For a campaign design, you don't need to know coding?:j:
nuxil 2 Posted May 26, 2011 What's with listing book authors, directors and actors here? Do they know Arma code? are you saying Chuck Norris don't know arma code? we can all sit here and say we want. that guy or this guys to make the mission. but the fact is. its not our choice who makes the missions. bis handles this fine by them self. but really. i find this thread pointless. this threat is as pointless as if i where to make a new one. Who do you want to make the interface/gui in arma3,. or something like that.
maddogx 13 Posted May 26, 2011 Possibly: For a campaign design, you don't need to know coding?:j: This. Story scripts are not written in SQF.
ozzbik 71 Posted May 26, 2011 (edited) but really. i find this thread pointless. this threat is as pointless as if i where to make a new one. Who do you want to make the interface/gui in arma3,. or something like that. Many of the threads started here are 'pointless'.... But nevertheless people can speculate and fatasize about how they would like Arma3 to be. Leave them to their dreams.. :P Edited May 26, 2011 by ozzbik
carlostex 38 Posted May 26, 2011 Damon Lindelof & Carlton Cuse These 2 would be perfect. They have a lot of experience with islands.....

celery 8 Posted May 26, 2011 'Andy McNab'!Possibly: For a campaign design, you don't need to know coding?:j: Is the one who builds and scripts the campaign not the author? If I wrote the story and general outline for Zipper5's Blood on the Sand, would it be just my campaign?
Tonci87 163 Posted May 26, 2011 It would be your Story. A good campaign needs both, good mission design and a good story.

Sorry, I meant campaign story instead of campaign design. My bad.:( Off course when it comes to the implementation of the story other people are involved.
