liquidpinky 11 Posted May 4, 2011 1) Go out, take images of the original Krasnostav landscape;2) Use these high-res photos to render the in-game world with a new feature render-to-texture; 3) Go to the same place in-game, take screenshots; 4) Geotag 'em; 5) ???; 6) Someone rushes off into the wilderness of CZ to look for who-knows-what; 7) They did mention about the new normal mapping on in the interview about TOH terrain, but surely they can't come out that realistic? The render to texture is for making scopes, TVs and camera monitors etc realistic, it would be pointless using that on scenery as it would just be rendering itself in a continuous loop and all they would have to do is replace the in game map texture with their new photo one instead.
