(Caught part of it this morning, Kate(Catherine?) seemed to have an odd look on her face during the vows, I think it was sinking in that she will most likely be the next Queen. Also, did anybody catch the very Arab looking guy (or possibly 3 guys) sitting on the right side of the church? Full garb, headdress and everything, in the middle of what seemed to be mostly stuffy looking old British people. (Not an insult;)) Oh, to read their minds. :D)

The 'stuffy old British people' sat in that area of the Abbey with the Arab royals were actually the various European royal families (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Spanish etc).

I'm sure the crown heads of Europe are very open minded around foreign dignitaries and respectful of their traditions and cultures...

The male Arab dress, technically called a Thobe, is not an outfit based in their religion but in their culture. It's extremely light and breathes very well, therefore it's perfect for the Arab climate. That's really all there is to it.

I meant no offense by the comment, and I wasn't trying to make fun of whoever those royals were, they just looked completely out of place, and I got a laugh at the way they looked. (I'm not being racist, anti-arab, or anything like that)

I am lucky enought to be able to aviod most of the media shitstrom about the wedding till yestarday so it is acturally still quite enjoyable for me(thank god my local TV station don't make any rubbish commentary like nbc did)
