Australians At War - Combined Ops

Is anybody using DAC3 to spawn AAW units? I tried adding various AAW infantry to my DAC_config_units.sqf and they spawn OK, except that none of them have any headgear. Does anybody know of a workaround for this?

I've also experienced the issue of the blackhawk hovering when using Norrin's taxi script. Basically you have to get all of your units into the chopper before it starts its engines again after landing, or you're all walking back to base.

Known Issues - V009

-Bushmaster IMV with the exception of the PWS have issues with AI using the gun positions

-Mag 58 and f89 barrels have issue with fuzzyness when firing

-Shadow errors with the bushmasters

-When inside the bushmaster if it moves off the unit will be left behind.

-Same name may reappear for bushmaster decals

-Weapons dont have flir texture maps

-few issues with weighting on the sleeve wrist strips on the shirts in the pilot lod.

I just deleted out my mod folder and re-downloaded it to make sure everything is working ok and it seems to be fine

i always got an error 404 ( the remote server returned an error) it and it downloaded only some files not all pls help.

more then half is missing dont know why .

do you have the latest version of yoma?

Maybe try restarting your computer or router.

I just tried re downloading the whole mod again and had no issues so can't say

Just downloaded using Yoma's Addon Sync and it worked fine for me.

This is ace compatible right? And when running ACE, you don't use INKO's mod?

I have the exactly same 404 issues as Konrad. I use Yoma for all my downloads with no problems from other sites. Any corruption on the upload?

I downloaded through yoma with no probs.

009 brings some nice improvements to an already outstanding mod. There are a still a few issues though.

1 - When sitting in the back of a Blackhawk MG, if the door is shut then the texture disappears from the exterior nacelle next to the gunner

2 - AAW infantry all spawn without headgear if using DAC

The mod isn't made to be ACE compatible so I cant speak on how it would run with it.

Will take a look at the blackhawk thing, unfortunately we cant make our mod compatible to every script and addon out there though so we won't be addressing the DAC issue.

I don't think there was any corruption on upload, I've deleted out the mod and downloaded it 3 times

I updated mine with Yoma and it worked fine.

In regards to ACE, we don't make an ACE version of AAW however I use ACE quite alot when I'm just stuffing around in the editor etc. and haven't encountered any errors, although I can't talk about when you start doing more in depth mission scripting etc.

Dl works fine here, great stuff guys! (see you guys found a way around the slope parking and getting in issue)

EDIT: any chance you guys can make an Aussie faction marker on map (ie. Faction_US marker - American flag marker)

@tpw - I'd say that's probably something to do with init eventhandlers.

You're probably right. I'll have a look into it myself but it's no real dealbreaker if I can't get it to work. I can probably just write another script that gives all spawned AAW units headgear.

The improvements are really great, particularly being able to embark/disembark from the Blackhawks without being killed.

Any chance of giving the AAW medics the same medic powers as other medic units (eg BAF)?

Hey guys the yoma has been updated to V009.5 hotfix.

-Fixed DPDU Terp unit 009.5 Hotix

Also I have completely re uploaded the mod. Hopefully fixes any issues that have been coming up with file 404 not being found. I have deleted out my mod folder and downloaded it fresh of the server with out any problems.

First of all guys, thanks for makin a great mod, i love it, but i have on questionn....

could you make it possible, that when the bushmaster is under fire the AI on the rooftop remains in that position and fires back, unless you order him to turn in.
