We are currently working on a 30 x 30 km terrain based on the Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton for future Milsim use across the community for Arma 4. Our goal is not to faithfully recreate the base completely, but to accurately portray the west coast Marine Corps base. All of our sources come from public domains such as satellite imagery and public available height map data. We will also be drawing from past and present knowledge of the base. What we will not be including is the following: Public Schools Base housing (for the most part) Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach exact recreations of marine barracks and other living facilities anything else that could potentially affect the day to day sensitivity of the base. San Clemente OceanSide Fallbrook What we will be including are: ranges Las Flores San Mateo Camp Margarita Edson Range MCAS Camp Pendleton San Onofre Nuclear Boobies (if you know, you know) Anyone wanting to get involved in the project is more than welcome as this being done for free in our spare time. We would like model makers to generate certain buildings. If this goes well for us, we will also look into remaking the 29 Palms map, but much larger, Okinawa and others.

it will be the entire base. so approximately 30 x 30 km. we will not be recreating Oceanside or San Clemente, they will be barren hills. We will not be recreating base housing (for the most part) or any schools. The naval weapons station will not be recreated either other than the road, it too will be barren hills. -

Ladies and Gentlemen, Due to the new mod tools being released for Arma Reforger and subsequently Arma 4, work has restarted on the map and has made a lot of progress in the last 3 days. here are some pictures! We are looking for model makers that can make non enterable buildings for us as well. We will not be recreating areas that are of a sensitive nature. All of our resources and references are coming from public sources. This will not be released for arma 3. -

The model already exists within RHS as the MDO and iirc the regular 3CB BAF Weapons has a variant of this for your DMR rifle.

For the USMC Faction, specifically the M240 turrets, would you be able to replace the ELCAN optic with the MDO? We don't use Elcans.

[Looking for ideas] AI commanding improvement project

So with the stance, I would like to see weapons lowered like they are in "relaxed mode" but have the ability to use formations. When AI are relaxed, they only do ranger files. Patrolling usually has formations involved and you don't have your weapon raised 100% of the time.
