  1. I could not find it with the search option. Is there a way to manipulate the transmission range of radio's through a script? I want players to have increased range when they are near certain objects. And maybe decrease the range with others.

    simple. you are in multiplayer. Default viewdistance in local host is 1500ish.

    It is OK now. I came to the conclusion due to the version number and the files were identical.

    Its funny how most people dont know this in the Arma community... Drag an EMPTY backpack to your backpack's item listen and it will put in. Common error is that people drag it to the backpackslot...which make it swap backpacks. So no, no special backpack required. the one should simply fit in the other.

    Im not looking at your code as I type this...but I assume you extract the content array with a command. The backpack should showup in this. What you then could do is, use the 'foreach' command on this to see if the item is in herited from some backpack class using the 'kindOf' command. Write those classnames in an array and pit them back the the code snippet I gave. Let me dive in your code to be more specific... If you can point out where to look that would be even better.

    Hi Zade. We use your mod ever since it exists. But what we now start to notice is that backpack put in backpacks are not being saved. I've been dashing through your code but since you know it like the back of your hand I figured it would be easier to just tell you here. On a next update, can you check if you can fix this issue. This code snippet could help you in the right direction: (unitBackpack myguy) addBackpackCargoGlobal ["myextrabackpack_classname",1]; Obvious question: Why are you putting a backpack in a backpack!? Answer: Simple, When parachuting into the AO you take a large backpack with all your junk. You want to use a smaller pack to take what you need for an assault and leave you large backpack in your harbour area.

  11. This sounds really great. Makes firefights sound better by the sounds of the first few tries I did. Am I right this is really only firing the weapon? Not explosions? Since I did not hear the echo from those.

  13. Well due to the low performance of Arma's PiP I'd say use that as an eye candy. Arma had a 'pilot camera'. Go with that and update some display in your Cockpit with the camera state. I can help with the HMD. But Kimi would be the best choice for creating it. He's the Yoda of HMD mods. add me (again) on steam.
  14. Hi Getbuck We spoke before. I have some info regarding HMD symbology now. First hand straight from own experience. If we combine what I know from the F16, we'll get prettt close to the real thing. And there is nothing restricted or secret about it.

  16. Hi Justin, Your efforts may aswell be put into the original Lowlands Warrior mod, which has been Arround since OFP. We were out in the Arma2 period but are back now for a while. If you want dedicated work, with all the support you need just contact me.     I am not using Eden objects. Just 3den Enhanced. The mod is still put into the array in the mission sqm. Same is for other mods that dont make sense.I can post more details when I get home. And Ill upload a mission file

    I have used it for a while as well and it does. every time. So now its interesting to find out why. Only mod I used was CBA and TFAR. It does the same without any other mods.
