    Thanks for the details. Definitely the same issue. I wonder why you are not seeing the same improvements as others in this thread? The only difference in parameters between you and I is the-exThreads=7 but I can't imagine why that would make a difference.

    For me, I've been doing my testing using two missions. The first is on Altis and the second on Lingor. Both in the forests. Both missions are heavy infantry only contact (approx 40 on 40 at any one time) lasting for a couple of hours. I'm using these missions as I would regularly crash in them before I made the change. I'm using DAC to spawn and control the AI. My start up parameters: parameters The only change I have made to my parameters is max mem. The critical error in my .rpt is ErrorMessage: DX11 error : CreateTexture failed : E_OUTOFMEMORY @Faelucc Could you please confirm the bug you experienced while running 2047 max mem resulted in the same message in your .rpt? There a few crash bugs floating around at the moment and I just want to make sure we are talking about the same one :)

    @dwarden A few of us in this thread are testing what seems to be a workaround to the "3 FPS then crash bug" by setting max memory to 2047. Early testing had shown very positive results. We'll keep testing and will report back here. Credit to @GanX for the idea. I did a bunch more testing using -maxMem=2047 yesterday and still no crashing. I hope this is useful.

    There are a few guys in my group who aren't affected by this issue so I asked them the following question: "For those who are not experiencing the "3 FPS then crash" issue, are you running -maxMem=2047 as a launch parameter by chance?" So far, 100% of those who don't have the issue are running that parameter. Furthermore, I crashed out of every mission I played this week and up until today I crashed out of every mission I tested for over an hour. I added -maxMem=2047 to my launch parameters this afternoon and since then I've run two missions for well over an hour and haven't had a single crash. I'm starting to get optimistic about this.

    Hi @GanX. Thanks for your well thought out post. I am a mission maker for a similar size mil-sim group and we are suffering badly from this bug and I am able to reproduce the crash at will with a number of my missions. I am in the middle of testing your suggestion above and for the first time I've been able to get past the 1 hour mark without crashing. I have a suspicion you may have stumbled upon a brilliant interim measure. I'll run further tests over the next week and will report back. I'd be keen to hear if anyone else has success using this method.

    So far, so good! I'm planning a 20 player test early in the New Year using ACE and ACRE so I'll let you know how it goes. PS Is there a class name list anywhere to help when scripting load outs? I know I can get them from the Arsenal but that takes forever.

    Holy crap!!! Christmas has come early this year. A big thanks to the entire Unsung team for their hard work over the last few years. I have personally gained many hours of enjoyment from your awesome mod (both in Arma 2 and Arma 3) and I still find it hard to believe that I can get something with this much high quality content for free! One quick question, is Unsung compatible with ACE and ACRE?

    From a gaming perspective, the only thing I love more than Arma is the amazing mods that guys like you make for people like me to enjoy. You do this out of love of the game and for your fellow gamers and I just wanted to say thanks. I'm a mission maker for an Australian realism group and the 60 of us are looking forward to many hours of immersion, challenge, comradery and fun using your mod. Ignore the haters and keep up the good work.

    War Chronicles WW2 Modification

    Could I be so bold as to request that you release a basic infantry only pack when you have finished the German and US units, then release updates to add more content as it becomes available? I'm a mission maker for Australia's largest Arma 3 group and many of our missions (both TvT and Co-op) are infantry only anyway. We are keeping a close eye on your great work and look forward to adding War Chronicles to our mod set. We miss the ping of an en bloc clip being ejected from an M1 ;)
