It seems to be a decent and new approach. I like it , myself at least i d go for it. Ofcourse its a sort of discussion about being capability limited ( being only crew instead of driving) but on the other hand it makes sense, you havent bought it but yet you still get access to its full sounds, model and multiplayer environment ( at least as a crew). It sounds generous in a way . I just hope it will attract more sales instead of making more players just get along with it. However that's the point of it. You get a glimpse of it free without being given access to its full capabilities unless a friend or other player/owner used it for you. This can be simply adressing lets say on missions by stating that pilots need said dlc ( like ''Heli DLC needed for a pilot'') On the opposite end A2 lite content wasnt bad either giving you basically feature complete and operable vehicles but with low models and sounds, i think the first is capability limit( you cant yet drive X ) while A2's was quality and eye candy limit. For once i dont mind either but i would Vote for a yes and give this a try. Its interesting and at same time sort of reminds of freemium stuff but in the kinda 'correct part' ( but its difficult to find a correct balance with notifications while not being complete annoying to everyone free) while granting you still access to the whole official servers and content

btw, as now i am on different computer than the one i played the survive campaign. is there a command to type in to 'unlock it' ? -

on my laptop, N56V the game does so well, seems the most honour goes to the combo of fast processor, memory and fast storage drive. Graphically even on medium settings i had the impression it was in overall superior to OA , and anyways, i find it sublime almost with the details at close range. The only bad that i dont like is because of the look of the 'empty' hills etc ( when low vegetation stops being rendered) ( its my only thing that looks bad, but cant think of much as otherwise, there would be a big performance hit) and the look of the rocky coast , which shold need a small change in colour and maybe polygons to make it less roundy and give a wet colour to the lowest part of them. Love the infantry animation and changes , it gets much more fluid ( perhaps there might be some more stances combined with the extra leaning ) and the vehicle detail is very well done and the weapons available. Love the sounds so far, the vehicles, the glasses of the window that break and also the more animate feeling of the person you control with its subtle movements when inactive generally) love the summer sounds they put that really remind of greece :) its all so good that i want someone in future to make a mod with greek tavernas , and music and just dance :)

I might not have much money to spend usually but 24 euros especially for a whole new game is very cheap and the supporter edition(which i will be buying) and besides, the content is fairly good too ( especially the possibility of the DLC's). its still on the average price i see in retail stores for new consoles games ( halo, fifa, etc which are usually on the 64-69 € range, but if you search, you can find them cheaper ofcourse) which IMHO Arma offers more than them . So the price for me its really good and most importantly , i ll get the supporter edition because i want to support BIS :) its not about the content so much for me in this case. And for a person leaving in europe, the price in euros is very good ( but i understand the problems for those that live in countries which weaker currencies) -
like the Halo 3 replay feature ? tho it was on small maps would be nice in my opinion but i wont have much use of it, personally.

I would like to see a serious urban warfare map ( mostly light weapons, and some light spawn of rpgs etc , max some mortars ) Also,what i sadly havent experienced yet ( as i only played warfare, mostly at ohai) is making each weapon count. in the sense, yes if you buy a plane and its killed its a big loss because of the money spent for it and the asset loss, but if you have the $$$ you have no problem respawning and reflying. so if you have not many resources for it or 'factories' it feels as a loss, but if you have them its almost not much pain as you may refly again in 2 minutes Or about the metis , and such weapons. You can fire them, respawn and sort of having an ''unlimited'' number of them. devaluing the sense of having heavy armour ( apart from their cannons) like what if there was a limit of how many numbers of a weapon/ vehicles can be spawned over time? in order to reflect the possible scarcer proliferation of such weapon systems? at same time it should make such weapons a great asset, but to be used with caution and not exhausted quickly or in worthless acts ( but at same time i feel thr concern if such thing is applicable in a server with 'kids' that waste them immediately, marking the fate of the game almost irreparibly). Make heavy armour feel real dangerous as i think it is , or about helicopters like the hind ( i am not mentioning the kamov , especially the kamov because of the tab lock and fire from uber range and kill the enemy, but i ll apply it to most air vehicles with great attack range with many a2g missiles which is a different thing.) so like there can be only 1-2 kamovs at time, or even if one dies, you have to wait for it. sorry if perhaps i dont explain it so clearly at this time, but i hope it gives an idea about it. the last sentence reminds me a bit the multiplayer experience i have had with air games such as il 2 and Cliffs of dover where they limit the availability of better types of aircrafts ( like ( from what i think it works, i dont know details enough) having a max count of 10 of X type, that for each loss it takes Y time to replenish) -

well maybe instead of the super albatros we will have a derivative of the yak 130 in my opinion what i see as future, rather than the weapon systems and the ways to kill the enemy to change, what will might change further for future warfare ( supposing an up to date army) is networking, information, better situational awareness. if a plane spots something for example, the information will be automatically send to the whole group so they all know about it or something that follows that idea -
:p hehe all with the fine details , or the takistan locals all i want is a more proper heavy vehicle fights, immersions , things like armour, compartments etc

indeed, i ll be hopping into these places and coordinates in the alpha for sure. for the eventual divining/ searching, from the coordinates given and the memorial of the pilot, draw a circonference(i take it that the distance between the point and the memorial as radius) and search the area maybe on sahraniradio i have a question, between some songs , there was a piece which said '' Madness? this is S..'' ( something i didnt hear well tbh, but dont think it was ''sparta'')
