You have to configure torrent client properly, most likely port forwarding is not working, that is the common cause. Sure I could to that, I don't like to just copy paste wiki links without understanding anything of the background history, but yeah no problem adding some reason why the terrain area was chosen.

Why is that? It is a huge terrain with most of the land mass as farmland, also in the south there is a relatively speaking large ocean, Sea of Azov. Most of the other PMC terrains date back to 2017/2018, so much editing methods have changed since, to make terrains look and work better. Addon, not mod. I never used bis arma3 launcher so no idea what is shows, that config works ok in arma3. also the bis wiki description of actionName example shows "Github" so that certainly is no addon name. Can you show a screenshot how it looks on that launcher thing?

Ultimate Terrain Tutorial change 3D grass

The goal of the tutorial is to get working terrain in-game for new terrain guys, its not in the scope of that tutorial to go over some tanoa grasses. We have much more ofp/arma terrain information and tutorials in our PMC Editing Wiki, just start reading. Info about config for clutter can be found from arma3:terrain. -
Yes but its not OFP Resistance campaign without a weaponPool, all these profile methods are not weaponPool, its not about saving YOUR or even your groups weapons and gear to the next mission, its about "weaponPool". Almost all PMC campaigns use it and now that its broken I had to switch to lame ammo box setup where they are persistent between missions, its not a weaponPool but what can you do.

There wont be any OFP Resistance campaign in arma3, bis broke weaponPool back in the day, its been broken since 2014, most likely around the time of east wind campaign development.

Torrents have stable 24/7 seeds. Issue is on your end, check "connectivity" on your torrent client, there are plenty of online resources to guide you through that.
