  1. This fucking hotfix ruined the punch of weapon shots completely. Now weapon shots have a vacuum effect (limiter or whatever) like before 1.56. It sounds like one channel inverted speakers (one channel +/-, the other -/+) My soundrig: headphones, x-fi in cmss-3d mode

    Its obvious that in ai-heavy situations and/or with high visibility range cpu is the bottleneck, amd-cpu´s by far more than intel-cpu´s. If you overclock the cpu in a scenario with lots of ai, you will have performance gain (like demonstrated by colin_blanc). If you overclock the gpu in the same scenario, you will have no performance gain but less gpu-usage. The rest is logic....we have a big thread for this topic with tons of bratwurste-logic :p

    The font of the main menu is ok for me. Only if I open a menu text is aliased. Not a big thing, thats true..

    Hi dwarden, I changed nothing since yesterday so I thought its ok to report it in the shortest possible way :D -1920x1200 monitor -1920x1200 ingame resolution -19:10 aspect ratio -100% sampling rate -8x aa ingame -cmaa ingame -font size: small amd latest driver, all default, win 10-64bit.

  11. Same here, I cannot play on other mp servers because only EUTW have the both most immersive mods allowed: badbenson´s texture-replacement and dynasound.

    Hey Jarhead, your new naturesounds reminds me on the first ghost recon, very subtle and atmospheric! And the new movement sounds are full of detail, I hear all details of the clothes, the friction of the rough clothes, little kling kling of carabiners and so on......great....immersive!

    I like first person shotsounds of katiba and mx weapons very very much! But third person/ other near shot sounds are waaaaayyy too silent! The pure energy/soundpressure (decibel) of explosion/shotsounds is very constant to relatively great distance. Only the higher frequencies are damped caused by the high frequency selective air dampening effects. Winds, environment, vehicles and air, movement, all that is perfect for me! Equipment: x-fi soundcard cmss2 headphone mode/ stereo headphones.

    -more echo -larger hearing radius -far more dampening of higher frequencies at distance -less volume reduction at distance! That would be more realistic. Dynasound goes in the right direction in my opinion. Sound at distance is really a big factor like k3kj write. Do you all remember sylvester how explosions changes the soundcharacteristics at distance? The same tendency in r3vo´s video with real explosives and gunshots.

Hi Laxeman, I would like too -a big variety of bullet impact sounds (like the first ghost recon!) -custom vehicle explosion sounds -custom environment sounds (nature, wind, thunder) And again: your soundmod is great! Only a micro concern: the first person shot sounds have less hard-punch as the third person shot sounds.
