As title states. Can't join a single server for more than a moment keep getting disconnected either as I am joining or moments after joining. I did get into one server to play but when I went back later it wouldn't let me in. Anyone know of a fix or is purely in BI's court? I have closed Steam completely and restarted it but it had no effect.

For as long as you are here you are going to follow the rules wether you believe you need them or not. Asking of ANY kind of update is against the rules period. There is nothing you can do about it. No matter what approach you choose if what you are asking is an update on the mod which you clearly asked here: then you are breaking the rules. I wasn't the one with the original post. I was making a joke. Might want to improve you reading comprehension skills a bit. -

Read what? Rules? I don't need no stinking rules. I just don't ask question like when is the map going to be done? I prefer a much more subtle route. Like "Why isn't the map done yet?" or "I am really old and not getting any younger here." Or my personal favorite, "You are aware Arma 4 is coming someday?". I think the subtle approach works well myself... -

I have been online gaming on PC since 1999. No two ways about it this is one of the top five maps I have ever played on. I remember as a young man watching the nightly reports on the news about the Vietnam War and the reporters standing in FOB's reporting and I swear you captured the look and feel perfectly. Thank You for such a wonderful map and I am watching the progress on Nord and can't wait for it to be released. -

I love it when maps just spring up out of thin air. The tunnel is absolutely brilliant, excellent work re-tasking of assets to fit a much neglected absence in the game. Something I sorely miss is the lack of underground bunkers and tunnel systems and the awful fights in them. -

Nothing hotter than a woman in combat gear. So is she single?............ Honestly, this work will go a long, long way in sustaining immersion in game. I can't wait for this mod to be available, keep up the great work and thanks for the effort. -

The one thing that hacks me off most in Arma is BI not lighting the interior of structures. Can you imagine the shot of the skyline from across the water if the structures themselves were lite from the interior? Oh well maybe someday. I do, however, wish you all the luck in the world surpassing your work on Suonkomar, that map is simply breath taking. -

Artillery flashes in the night sky that would simulate strikes being carried out just over the horizon with the low rumble of the explosion. Possibly with a variety of strikes from 80mm, 155mm and MLRS not to mention the dream of dreams White Phosphorus strikes. -

Absolutely love the mod, its use pulls me right into the combat environment. We are testing it on one of our Platoon servers and everyone seems to be really enjoying it with no effect on performance. I have one question/request. Have you ever thought of creating Ambient Horizon Battle Flash's? The sounds would be even more immersive if we could drop something that would simulate an artillery strikes light flash's hitting several kilometers away, just out of site. What we would then see and hear would be even more immersive. -

Always looking for new folks to meet and go kill some bad guys with. We have a YouTube channel of course that our media team has produced some really nice video's and we have a bunch of guys that Twitch TV the Operations or up load to YT. I would love to drop in and face plant with you gentlemen sometime. I am praying for Taunus to be chosen for our deployment this spring, in fact I am considering bribing our QA team LOL. We OP on Sundays with about 225-240 Marines deploying across 3 Task Forces, Its really something to see. Our story-lines are deep and immersive and this map lends itself to such real world conditions as we are facing today that the story will only be even more immersive. Oh and BTW I am the oldest guy in a unit of 400 active LOL so I am the Grand Dad -

OK! I am 56 years old and ain't getting any younger, time is precious to old farts like me. It'd be a darn shame if I was to drop over dead before I got the chance to die a few hundred times on Taunus. No pressure though... -

With so many pages I may have missed this, but is there an estimate on download size? Reason I ask is the map will most likely appear on our public server and possibly and as an Operations map this coming spring deployment. Our concern as always is the people who for some reason are stuck in the 1990's with 56k modems, not really but you get my drift. -

Any map not using the new light source looks like hell so the map Devs will have to update their old maps to the new source, this is obvious. What I did to greatly improve the look of older maps was to make changes in the Brightness and Gama along with Color Saturation, all this was in-game adjustments. This greatly improved the old light source look on the old maps and the new ones as well. The color saturation was the biggest help in improving the look of the game.
