  1. Of course I know that! this is not about the mod folder itself but about the first entry in the mod.cpp without whose change my ChernarusReduxserver explicitly does not want to start properly. Before the question also arises here, yes, I have deleted the previous folder COMPLETELY and taken all files from the Steamworkshop update 😉 There are apparently however several with exactly this problem since the update in the combination with ChernarusRedux.
  2. i just played around a bit and it works by change the first entry inside the mod.cpp, name = "Exile Mod"; to name = "ExileMod"; so just remove the blank between Exile and Mod. with this small change he recognizes the mods in the launcher. I repeat, this "bug" apparently only affects ChernarusRedux servers and not all of them even out there. It's weird, but it works for me.

  4. I've been running two Exile servers for almost 3 years now and have gained a lot of experience accordingly. But the latest Exile update drives me a bit to despair. Already long run on the servers Malden or ChernarusRedux and that also without big problems. Yesterday I inserted the current client update from the workshop, including the key linked there (this time with a V3 signature) file. the malden server runs without any problems, but as soon as I load the update on the ChernarusRedux server and insert the new key file, the Armalauncher indicates that no mods are necessary to enter the server. Not even Exile itself, NOTHING! i've already downloaded the update several times, as well as the key file. always the same problem. then i signed the updated files yesterday by myself with DSutils for fun, this time with a V2 signature (as it always was) and what can i say? running! actually i could be happy now, but the problem is only bypassed and not solved. so, if one of you has an idea, give it to me! Discord was unfortunately not helpful so far. in the RPT, by the way, there is also nothing that differs from the pre-update phase. I've already checked them several times, filtered for errors, warnings etc. the mod is also loaded on the server side without any problems only he seems to be bothered by the new key file. arma is of course up to date and I've already replaced the game files myself with a fresh download to eliminate possible errors. so again briefly V3 original key file, no mods in the launcher, V2 key file (created by myself), everything runs without problems.

    an idea why the mission instant will be stopped as soon as i join as a player and stand on the map? i hosted the whole thing on an extra server. i already played around with the start parameters and the config.cfg. no chance 😞 according to RPT it doesn't find the Apex addon, but it is installed and I already tried it with the related start parameters for Apex.

    Hello Xeno, please increase the value for maximum characters of the database entry of bonus vehicles. I searched for hours why my database is no longer loaded. I had too many bonus vehicles and the character limit of 800 was reached. accordingly the last entry in "d_bonus_vecs_db" was not complete and the final bracket "]" was missing! I think a maximum of 10000 should suffice once and for all.

    one of my players said that there was the possibility to cancel a running misssion / sidemission as admin? i already had a few times that a sidemission was not to be terminated regularly and that might help.
  10. i can't explain how an update of the main game changes the mods somehow, but after i downloaded and installed all mods on my server again, it runs...
  11. I have two Exile Servers running and can connect to the second one without any problems if signatures were 1 OR 2. on the first one, i can only connect if i set verify signatures to 0... 🤪😵

    short question, is it normal for the CPS to drop to ~10 shortly after startup? i loaded the current version from the steam workshop, picked out the RHS Blufor and even started it with a headless client. The server is a 4GHz Xeon CPU with 6 cores and HT. The FPS are at maximum. in the arma server monitor I also see that it swaps out the AIs to the headless.

    would it be possible to get the current patched .exe as a 32bit version? edit: i found the right offset (00f53780) in the current 32bit performance.exe, have been playing with the values for hours and am surprised that the ArmaServerMonitor shows me sometimes more, mostly less but never more than 59fps/cps... He CAN'T xD I just tested it with marma and everything is displayed correctly. so you can sacrifice your lifetime ;-) p.s. the offset for the actual standard 32bit vanilla armaserver.exe is 00F54480

Hello, I run a Chernarus Redux Exile Server including VCOM AI and it works great. unfortunately the AI controlled vehicles have a problem with the roadblocks on the map. they get stuck, get jammed etc. is it somehow possible to install a kind of timer that deletes all vehicles/units that have moved e.g. for 10 minutes less than 50 meters?
