Give us pink! (Direct Channel)

Fairly simple: Magenta for direct channel communications.

• Avoids confusion with command channel.
  
• Magenta stands out well, so you know that someone near you is the one talking this way and is probably not something to ignore.

With a quick look through the config I tried this:

prolly because it's defined in bin.pbo (not sure though) I tried it as an addon.

In ArmA 1 it used pink when you selected, but the text appeared across the screen, like titletext.
