Don´t think it´s possible, except for some wonky experiments you could try with merging the camo net to some other moving parts (suspension, cannon recoil). Modern CDF SF, set around a 2015 time frame, Chernarus recovered from the previous conflict with both military and financial support from the US and the EU.
