MG 17 uses multiple gun script wich works little bit slower than engine. That causes that if taking a sharp turn while firing u see tracers outside gun barrel and you see tracers exiting from three areas on the nose but than 3th tracer from center disappear. i cant fix it. Can't remember to notice anything funny. Every 109 (from E and later at least) had 1,000 bullets for every 7,92mm MG (MG17). If you have two of those, it's 2,000. Because they are groupped into the same 'weapon' slot in Arma, it is/have to be firing double the IRL rate to deliver the same amount of metal. (or othewise you have to make it fire 2 bullets every time). The only problem I've had is with the MG. When firing, you see tracers exiting from three areas on the nose, but when taking a sharp turn while firing, I've had tracers appear outside the wings. That is because how it is done to fire from multiple guns. Arma engine has this limitation ot have only 1 gunpoint. In this case it is put in the cannon end. The MG bullets come out of the same point, put they are moved to the end of the MGs. Because the bullets fly so fast teh system cannot move them fast enough to the MG ends and you see a short c 10m long trace before they are moved. Not noticed that last one myself. Daniel 0 Posted January 7, 2009 I was basically having the same error as Belgerot, having tracers appearing above and below the plane. If many other people have the same problem, a solution might be to slightly lower the rate of fire but increase the damage of each round to counter. When i will have more time i can make it compatible and I would like reduce rate of fire and increase hit dammage because tracers look little bit oddly if u have slower pc. RUDOLF 9 Posted September 7, 2009 Texture of your BF109 is very awesome. Only a problem is it seems it never attacked any ground targets when tried to play it in game with a 4B 109.
