VladAlex 0 Posted August 22, 2007 Those tools are really amazing ! But we need a proper documentation to use them correctly ! Especially Visitor 3 wich seems to be very complex and have a lot of news options.
plasman 0 Posted August 22, 2007 Those tools are really amazing ! But we need a proper documentation to use them correctly ! Especially Visitor 3 wich seems to be very complex and have a lot of news options. I agree, a small .pdf manual wrapped with the tools' zip file with some examples and tutorials would be handy. Madus_Maximus 0 Posted August 22, 2007 Jesus f'ing Christ! You cant win with this god damn community any more. You moan for months and months that we need the damn tools, they finally release them then you moan some more because you don't know how to use them! The OFP crowd never used to be like this. It seems whatever BIS does people still whine like babies because they don't get every single little thing they want. Grow up please! Documentation will most likely follow, chances are it's being translted into English! If not, I'm pretty sure the community will add it's own to the Biki. They've been out less than a day and already the whining has begun.

My opinion is, that a proper documentation is standart for a new tool nowadays. And as Vlad postet the link, BIS thinks the same. so checklist done. Thanks BIS

NeMeSiS 11 Posted August 22, 2007 Quote[/b] ]Haha, thats montignac, what is it doing in Visitor3? Â your right! Â Maybe someone is making Everon? Personally i think they are just reusing an image from the old Visitor. (Before the speculations get out of hand )
SeppSchrot 0 Posted August 22, 2007 Hmm, is it possible this Wiki-manual refers to Visitor1 or the Non-Personal edition? For example the tool modes you can reach with the function keys don't seem to be accurate. Or e.g. "Create surface from Tools -> Textures... ". There is no such menu item in my Visitor3.
