Friendly AI..

I wish the game had AI dynamic responses to your commands..  that would accuratley emulate the situation ..

for example:

Player: "2 move to ... that building!"

#2: ".. there is a tree within 10 feet of me, therefore I will spin around, go prone and crawl to said building... when I feel like it"

Player:  "4 attack, that BMP!!"

#4: "look a goat ... FWOOOSHH!!! BOOOM!!! BWAAAAA!!.... GOAT.. is HISTORY!"

player:  "3 get in.. that HMMV at 12!"

#3 "well.. ok.. but after that.. its all me man.. I might go to McDonalds.. look a tree  *smack smack smack smack.. 3.. injured!"

player: "6 heal at medic"

#6: " I have a sever brain injury.. so im just going to sit here and ask you where you are till you kill me"

Player: "5 report status!!"

#5: "do you ever.. just.. look at the sky at night..  and wonder.. what do we mean? why are we here?...  will it all make sense in the end?  life, love, working 50 years of your life just at some shit job just to retire to burden you children who resent you..  I mean.. why bother..  its just  along painful means to the end..  there really is NO reason to go on.. its so futile..  all you do is hurt the ones you love, at least if I go now I leave them insurance, and their entire lives to get over it..  they are better off without me anyway..   *BANG!!*

Yeah, pathfinding doesn't come easy to AI.

But other games don't even try. Just look at Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2. The developers didn't even bother to give the AI vehicles any pathfinding skills. They just move down a fixed track. If a soldier is standing in the way they'll just stop there and won't go around. Anyway, that's what the review said.

I can confirm saw that in x360 version. That made me laugh.

We Irish tend to pee on him (via script) and burn him afterwards, or knee-kap him or simply execute him right off. Same happens with TK'ers btw (excluded: Irish Tkers)
